Full Back Workout:
▫️Barbell rows 3x8-10
▫️Weighted pullups 3x8-10
▫️Trap bar shrugs 4x8-10
▫️Narrow grip seated cable row 4x10-12
▫️Incline DB row 4x12
▫️Cable face pull 3x12
Optional:
▫️Supported DB Rear delt fly 3x12

Trap bar aka the Fred Flintstone Car is excellent for getting a deep stretch on the traps. Load it up heavy for the best results overtime.

I like the cable row with a neutral grip to target the lower lats while getting a nice consistent tension throughout the movement.
