Why am I not seeing results? I have done everything I could do to get my body to look like a Ripped & Toned Fit Body But I can’t see my body looking like that 😫? 1️⃣ Start devoting 3-4 Times a week with a really Tough Professional and Motivational Trainer.. 2️⃣ Start overloading those weights and focusing on your Full Body and Body Weights Training. Your Body can take anything, it’s just your mind you need to work on. I have had situations when clients will say there is no way I can ever do this Exercise NEVER, they already gave up in their mind without even trying it first but I never ever gave up on them, I make them do it and they will be so excited 😆 that “REALLY I DID THIS”? If you are lifting the same weight or doing the same thing over and over without having to challenge your body! You will see yourself the same way. Challenging yourself is the best way to reaching goals not only in fitness but in everything. AS LONG AS YOUR TRAINER GETS YOUR FORMS IN PLACE, MY DEAR YOU CAN DO IT BUT YOU MUST HAVE A PROPER FORMS TO AVOID UNNECESSARY INJURIES.
