Did a quick leg circuit with my man @jalen902 / @survival_fitness_ 
Did some trap bar deadlifts ( great for killing the legs ) then some box jumps to work on explosiveness then finished it off with weighted walking lunges! We all just need to stop overthinking that we have to have the answer to every feeling and how to handle every situation. Whether in fitness and in everyday life. I mean take this photo for example.. My brother let me use his ear buds for this shot.. so right there what did I do?

1. How the F do I get this other one in my ear because I have small ear holes and they don’t sit right. Will they fall out when I jump?
2. When was the last time he cleaned these.. they smell funny. 🥴
3. How do I make a serious face when I just got done cry laughing  because he tripped over a kettle bell 10 seconds before this shot and now I feel bad for laughing but I don’t? 😂😂😂 -Jkjk that’s not the point of my post. 
Life works by Living! By messing up! Missing opportunities. Learning and growing from mistakes. By seeking advice and not taking it. Sometimes we are in complete denial and have no idea which road to take.. and guess what? That’s OK! But don’t give up. Right when you feel that way, that is when the magic happens!

Always trust your heart and know that everything will work out how it is supposed to. It might take a lot of time.. but you shouldn’t always base your life on winning! It’s ok to fail at things. Makes you stronger! More humble and wiser! It might not make sense now, but your being set up for something greater than you might realize!

Relax- most of the time we are never in control anyways. 💋

LEG CURL ALLA ROW MACHINE 🔥 
Ho recentemente provato ad eseguire questo esercizio dopo averlo visto un qualche video YouTube di atleti americani, e devo dire che effettivamente è un finisher per i femorali alquanto brutale 😂
L’idea è di cercare di tenere il bacino più fermo possibile, mentre allungate e piegate le gambe. Piegatele e allungatele fino a dove sentite lavorare i femorali.
Come vedete dalla mia faccia e dal mio tremore, mi ha abbastanza ucciso 😅

Did not sleep well last night. Today’s lifts suffered a lot. 
1. Squat - 6x4 - top set 335x4
**This is the slowest this weight has moved in a while. Even 315 felt heavy. 
2. Sumo DL (Speed) - 5x5 - top set 255x5
3. Weighted Dips - 4x10 - 33x10

Numerous studies have indicated that weight training exercises that recruit large muscle masses (i.e., the compound exercises) result in the most significant anabolic hormonal response by the body. These are exercises that involve more than one major muscle and involve the movement of more than one joint. I am sharing with you in this post examples of such workouts. 
So what's the success formula? Simple - a full-body workout done two to three times a week, using compound exercises. Incorporate these compound exercises into your workout and see the difference they make.
