The pic on the left is when I'd camouflage "it all" by only wearing leggings and big flowy shirts because I REFUSED to go any further in double-digit sizing. The pic on the right is last month, a size 6 and holding.  I am smaller today than I have been in my entire adult life and I feel AMAZING!!! Grateful for the LIFESTYLE CHANGE and overall improved health with no aches, no pains, and no medications!! While the weight loss is simply amazing, too many people my age (or younger) dont take their health serious until its too late OR are leaving this world prematurely. The pic on the left is when I'd camouflage "it all" by only wearing leggings and big flowy shirts because I REFUSED to go any further in double-digit sizing. The pic on the right is last month, a size 6 and holding. I am smaller today than I have been in my entire adult life and I feel AMAZING!!! Your eating pattern has a circadian rhythm, just like your sleep. If you have a structure for your meal pattern, it will easily sync, which in turn has many benefits.

2️⃣Better insulin sensitivity: Your body produces less insulin.

this was such a yummy 🤩 salad from @corelifeeatery I ate yesterday for dinner. 13 total carbs - 8g fiber = 5g net carbs! 💛 I always opt for the blue cheese salad dressing which was another 2carbs bringing my dinner to a total of 7 net carbs! ✨💪🏼 that left me with 13 carbs for the earlier part of my day which was yogurt and strawberries (4 carbs) and an @atkins chocolate peanut butter bar (3 carbs) for a total of 14g carbs eaten yesterday WOOT WOOT !! ✌🏼✌🏼 ⠀

Lifting weights is cool. It's the Empire of the fitness world.⠀

Whereas cardio is boring, tedious, and you just can't wait for it to end. A bit like the Phantom Menace.⠀

But here's the thing... There are ways to make it a little more interesting. And I've got 5 top tips to help you do just that.⠀

So let's get into it and turn your next cardio session into a mildly less min-dumbing experience.⠀

1. Netflix And Chill - Ok. So maybe not quite the true urban dictionary definition. But throw on your favourite box set or movie and watch the time fly by faster than Falcon doing the Kessel Run.⠀

2. Have A Race - Mashing away on the pedals of an exercise bike is boring AF. There's only so many times you can count the bricks in the wall in front of you. So grab a friend and share the torture.⠀

3. Get A Pooch - If you've got a dog, talk the little fella for a walk. If you haven't got a dog, get one... Apparently, it's a good tactic for attracting the ladies (so I've heard).⠀

4. Get Jiggy - Now this may not be the most efficient way to burn calories, but it is sure as hell the most fun. Just make sure you're doing the work, or else you might as well just sit and watch TV.⠀

5. Eat Less - You don't necessarily HAVE to do cardio. It might suit you better to just cut back on those calories a little.⠀

Gotta work my way back up to some heavier weight 225 for a few sets then 245 for a couple, gotta start somewhere n earn my way back. Must Put In Some Work or I Will remain the same.
