Alignment. One of the most important training variables when it comes to exercise selection and joint health.

Ideally, you want to pick exercises that align and adhere to joint mechanics. When people choose exercises with poor alignment or set up incorrectly which leads to poor alignment, this is when orthopedic issues can and usually will arise.

In the picture and video posted, I’m using a cable fly as an example. When you do cable flys, you want the cable to align with your upper arm and your upper arm to align with the fibers you’re trying to bias. For me in this example, I’m trying to bias more upper pec, so my upper arm has more of up and in motion. But again, you need to make sure that the cable aligns with your upper arm.

8/19/19 - Upper Volume Day done at @thezooepping in Epping, NH.

Tried out some added volume and note for a mostly machine day for something different. I feel like an angry hippo tap danced on my body wearing golf cleats lol. 
No pictures today. Instead, enjoy Windy pushing his house with his head to get to his water bottle. God forbid he gets his lazy butt out. He does this every friggin day, 10x a day. Lazy ass lol

Πολλες φορές πέφτουμε στην παγίδα να σταματάμε πολύ πριν φτάσουμε στα όρια μας, εκεί π θεωρούμε ότι δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε άλλη μια επανάληψη εκεί είναι που θα πρέπει να πιέσουμε παραπάνω!!! Το ποσό γρήγορα θα έρθουν τα αποτελέσματα π επιδιώκουμε εξαρτώνται από το πόσο θα ξεπεράσουμε τα όρια μας!!!
Το ίδιο όμως ισχύει και με την διατροφή μας! Εκεί π θεωρούμε ότι δεν μπορούμε να αντισταθούμε άλλο σε κάποια "αμαρτία", εκεί π θεωρούμε ότι δεν μπορούμε να μείνουμε πιστοί στο πρόγραμμα μας, εκεί είναι π θα πρέπει να επιμείνουμε!!!
Το ποσό θα ξεπεράσουμε τα όρια μας εξαρτάται καθαρά και μόνο από το πόσο πολύ θέλουμε το αποτέλεσμα!!!

Finally back in the gym after taking the last 2 WEEKS off! Had a great chest day strength didnt go down to much. 
@ntrl_wpn_josh upgrading his camera game so we are still getting used to shooting with his gopro and gimbal but it's awesome. 
Also any suggestions on a good video editing app for mobile would be greatly appreciated!

Bench Press up to 140kg for 8 reps (2 rep increse at this weight in about 2 weeks).
Followed by Incline Hammer Press up to 80kg/side for 6 reps which was good because the last 2 weeks i haven't done more than 60kg/side.
Cable Flys and Triceps to finish off 💪.

Been going to gym more recently.. feels good to be back to my old ways.. I don’t know what it is this summer☀️ but I have gotten so strong so fast🙈 like honestly it blows my mind🧠 how much progress I have been making this summer, honestly just having fun🤙🏻 work my workouts🏋️‍♂️ and pushing myself farther and farther each day😫 just cherishing and enjoying every single second🕰 I have in the gym. Muscles Targeted: usually upper pec but I’m Focusing on lower and inner pecs by not coming up as high and focusing on bringing my elbows together for a max contraction. -

Benefits 
1. Using a cable, allows continuous tension on the muscle throughout the range of motion. — mainly a the point of maximum contraction.
2. You can adjust your angle of pull by using various vertical adjustment. Even an inch or two difference can slightly change the muscle-fiber recruitment pattern in the pecs. 
3. Limits potential stress on joints by angle & movement. 
4. Great movement for time under tension and pump. -

Here’s today’s workout that consisted of 3 supersets!! The shoulder workout I did the other day had a few supersets in it and it reallyyyy made me push myself, 😅 soooo now I’ve decided to put them into my regular training routines and it really made a difference to my chest workout today! If you want to intensify and/or speed up any workout, supersets are the way to go!💪🏽 Trust me, by the end of a superset you’re so fatigued, deaddd, every muscle fibre aches 😫💀 lollll. Eating in a slight deficit and with limited carbs but still feeling strong and having some really intense workouts!!😃 I can still feel my shoulders and my legs from the last few days as well... tomorrow I’m going to be trying to walk and you know, actually function like a normal adult human😂but I have a feeling it’s gonna feel a bit like my entire body and joints were covered overnight in thick plaster that’s been hardened and set dry ☠️⚰️🆘😬😫😄 hahaha... SO....why not try this out if you want to feel the same: 🙃😂 #supersetsarekiller .
