Sprints! This video was taken towards the end of my cardio workout. 5x3 roughly 20-30 yards. You want to talk about the king of all EXPLOSIVE training? Then look no further. This exercise is unbelievably effective no matter what your goal is. Burn body fat? 鉁旓笍 Build and define glutes, hamstrings, and quads? 鉁旓笍 I love doing these more so for the mental aspect that's associated with this. 鈿撅笍 Game situations where all you want in your head is to think EXPLOSION. EXPLODE out of the batters box like a bat out of hell on a ground ball hit to the biggest part of the infield and make the defense make a play. That's what I want tattooed into my brain when I make contact onto the ground.

1锔忊儯Mountain Climbers: 30 Reps; your biggest focus here should be in keeping your abs tight and your shoulders packed.
2锔忊儯Supermans: 15 Reps; focus on recruiting everything from your upper traps down to your glutes and hamstrings.
3锔忊儯Full Body Crunch: 10-15 Reps; focus on timing your arms and legs to come together and apart from each other at the same time. Before you start, extend your arms overhead and just feel an engaged core. Now crunch and maintain it!
4锔忊儯Side Plank T Spine Rotation: 8-12 Reps; focus on pressing into the floor to create better shoulder stability and oblique recruitment.
5锔忊儯Russian Twists: 20-30 Reps; think about sitting up tall and leaning back to balance on your pelvis. If your heels need to stay on the ground that鈥檚 fine start there! Rotate from your obliques and your thoracic spine.

Running just isn鈥檛 working for me this year.  @300 meters into the first round I was wheezing.  By round 3 I had side pain and could barely breathe. (Thank you @shamrocks.and.snatches for the encouragement)  But.....Why?  I鈥檝e never had this much trouble.  I ran the Murph mile a bit ago with zero problems. 
Nevertheless, the over head snatch squat went better than in past WODS AND I tried something new. 馃拑馃徏 Working on that macro game.  Just found out @chickfila is at the Little League World Series.  I just may need to try and work a visit into my macros. 馃構
