Uwierzcie mi, że to najlepsza owsianka, jaką do tej pory zrobiłam... a w ciągu prawie 3 lat robiłam ich naprawdę dużo🙈. Podwójnie czekoladowa owsianka z cukinią, nasionami chia i jagodami goji!😍 Do tego musiał być oczywiście banan, bo dzien bez banana to dzień stracony🍌.

Co do cukinii to jest ona zupełnie niewyczuwalna, a zwiększa objętość i zmienia nieco konsystencję owsianki, dlatego polecam dodać😏.
.
Przepis jest po prostu banalny, dlatego bardzo rzadko dodaję tutaj owsiankowe posty, ale wczoraj dostałam dużo wiadomości z pytaniem "jak robisz owsiankę?", dlatego podam Wam tutaj🤗. Potrzebne są przede wszystkim: płatki owsiane, woda/mleko, garnek i 5 minut wolnego czasu - prościej się nie da😂.

Oczywiście proporcje, smak i dodatki możecie zmienić tak jak lubicie, ja podam przepis dokładnie na tę ze zdjęcia, bo jest po prostu PRZE-PY-SZNA😌. .

🍫OWSIANKA CZEKOLADOWO-CUKINIOWA🍫
✔50g płatków owsianych (najlepiej górskich) ✔100g startej cukinii ✔250ml wody (można ugotować na mleku/napoju roślinnym) ✔1 łyżeczka kakao ✔1 łyżeczka nasion chia (ja użyłam od @frutavitapl ✔1 łyżka jagód goji ✔2 łyżeczki ksylitolu ✔banan ✔masło orzechowe ➡️Płatki owsiane wsypać do garnka, zalać wodą i gotować do zgęstnienia. Dodać cukinię, kakao, ksylitol, chia i jagody goji. Wszystko dokładnie wymieszać, cały czas gotując na małym ogniu. Przelać owsiankę do miseczki. Udekorować pokrojonym bananem oraz masłem orzechowym wg uznania.

My twice baked sweet potato:  Bake half of a sweet potato until it's soft. Use a fork and scoop out the meat onto a pan where you have sautéed some spinach and kale, put the mix back into the sweet potato skin and bake it again for about 10 minutes 🍃  On the side I baked som cubed sweet potato and thinly sliced tomato on the side. I drizzled with a mixture of nutritional yeast and water, that, when combined, is a very delicious dressing ✨  Sprinkle with some fresh herbs 🌿  Enjoy!

hallo ihr lieben🙋🏼‍♀️ anbei das rezept für den sahnekuchen mit zitronengeschmack☺️

für den teig: -500gr mehl
-300gr zucker
-5 eier
-5 el naturjoghurt
-1 glas (ca. 220ml) sonnenblumenöl
-2pkg backpulver
-1pkg vanillenzucker

schlagsahne:
-4pkg  schlagsahne
-3pkg sahnesteif
-2 el puderzucker
-zitronenschalen (oder zitronenaroma) —> den kuchenteig vorbereiten und aufs blech (backpapiet nicht vergessen) verteilen und bei 160grad backen
—> in dieser zeit die sahne schlagen und im kühlschrank aufbewahren —> den gebackenen und gekühlten kuchen zuerst vierteln dann jedes stück halbieren (siehe bilder). die unteren vier teile ins blech legen, die kalte sahne drauf schmieren, die oberen vier teile drauf legen, in kleine stücke schneiden, mit

Garlic Sweet Potato Fries with Avocado Dip

INGRÉDIENTS
Sweet potato fries:
2 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper

Avocado dip:
¼ cup coconut milk from can-refridgerated
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Fresh cilantro, cut
Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks, about ¼ to ½ inch wide.
Toss them with olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Add the spices, garlic, salt and pepper and toss well.
Transfer the sweet potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until brown and crisp on the bottom, about 10-15 minutes, then flip and bake until the other side is crisp, about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the avocado dip: in a food processor, mix the garlic cloves until minced. Add the ripe avocado, coconut milk, fresh lemon juice, and mix until smooth texture. Season with salt and pepper, and add cilantro on top.

Pour it over in a tight container and store it in the fridge or freeze it down to use for later ⚜️ You can easily use this spread on bread, but it also works great together with your other mealtime dishes 🍃 Enjoy ✨
