🥈I’m so proud of these young men and glad I got the opportunity to coach. I can’t wait to see them grow and mature.

Wait till the end for a secret strength tip from @customisedcoaching.

Did 30+ reps before Tay tapped out, but was definitely not easy!

If done right these exercises can leave you feeling like you had a successful back day.

Be sure to get a full internal rotation at the bottom of the first exercise so that you can get the full contraction from the lat and teres major.

In the second one don't be afraid to grab some bands even if you are great at pull ups. They allow you to go through a full controlled range of motion contraction at the top. Take it slow and controlled and you will feel the burn.

This is not easy to do. If you're not feeling great, it's very easy to feel like things are not awesome, and there will NEVER be a shortage of evidence to support the fact that your life is not awesome, because you can ALWAYS find something, someone, somewhere that you could be happier.
Every situation has 2 sides, and the side you choose to look at regularly will dictate how you feel about your life long term. This will absolutely feel like bs when you start doing it, but stick with it, and you'll slowly start to see things change.
Your body takes time to change, as do your thoughts unless you've got a big catalyst (near death experience). Hopefully you can save yourself having to almost die, and start to do some simple exercises that will gradually improve your outlook.
Start with this one; Grab a pen, and a notebook or some paper and write this down:

Thank fuck these 3 things happened today:
1.
2.
3.

And just pick ANY 3 things from the day behind you that are awesome, great, good, or even not bad. Then repeat every day, and TRY to find the good stuff. It's there, you just have to look hard for it.
Have a great day!

Step by step. Piece by piece.
A well functioning, strong, resilient, capable body is built on a solid foundation of well maintained parts.

Working out can be about many things, from weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance, physical health or anything else that matters to you, but at the root of it all, exercise is the 60 minutes you spend a few times a week suffering so the rest of your life is better.
Admit it. You want to be happy.
@brianhurson here is deadlifting 205 pounds with ease. That means for the rest of his life he's going to be able to more than meet the demands of moving, playing with his kids, dating young models and crafting timeless hairstyles. Not a bad start for a guy who stepped into the gym for the first time at age 42!

You don't have to work out to be happy, but if you're feeling like you want to have more energy, be stronger, more vibrant, and be able to give more to the people that matter most to you, it might be a good idea to consider coming by the gym, having a few laughs, and getting jacked.
If this speaks to you, click that link in my bio, let's have a conversation, because you deserve to feel good.

Have an awesome weekend,

Fozzy is counting down till our BT Cup quarter-final against Jed-Forest. Not long to wait for coach, players and fans - it's this Saturday, 3pm at Millbrae! As it's a cup game, we have different admission prices (as agreed by the whole league): £10 for adults (including members) and no concessions (but under-18s are free!). 📷 George McMillan. #ayrrfc #jedforestrfc #btcup #rugby #coachcalum #fozzy #pinkandblack #scottishrugby
