Turkish Get Up- It's a highly dynamic movement that has a huge carryover to lifting heavy things. It does this by encapsulating a series of movements where you go from laying down to standing up with a kettlebell, dumbbell or a barbell without crushing your skull.

I’m very proud to say that last week Dena aced her strength and conditioning test based on her preliminary results from the start of her journey with me.

🥇Max dumbell squat and press rose by 37%
🥇Max rep count on both hanging knee tucks and TRX rows both doubled!
🥇23 seconds quicker over 100 pulls on her rowing test. Huge improvement.

I am not a big fan of isometric holds for burning up your core as I find that it's not often applicable in our daily routines and doesn't really connect the upper and lower body in a functional way 🔗👀

That’s the answer I give to people when they ask me how my Spanish holidays are going so far!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Viva España y so comida deliciosa. 🇪🇸😂😂 I needed to totally switch off. Not just for my head but also for my body after a shocking year of back to back hardcore leg injuries because of football.
