Little push session this morning, incline DB followed by seated hammer press, seated OH hammer press, OH Tri ext, and a few more accessories. Staying a couple of reps shy of failure or RPE 8, is so hard to do, the desire to push for more is hard to overcome. I have to remind myself of the big picture, I'm on a quick mini cut, I'm at the start of a new micro cycle, I'm holding onto what I've built while priming myself for future growth, hitting hard and dropping the hammer at the end of the cut and when the calories ramp up. Theres no race to the top!
