Sometimes I get discouraged like I haven't lost as much weight as I should have so far. However I remember that doesn't matter.  I have changed a lot in my endurance, my movement, my speed, and the enjoyment I get out of my favorite workout boxing. 💜💜

❎Your Cardio is Weak
If you want to get rid of that stubborn back fat, you are going to have to increase the duration, time, and intensity of your cardio. It doesn’t matter what cardio option you chose, just make sure the overall goal is burning body fat.
❎ You're Not Fueling Up
If you don’t fuel your body efficiently, how do you expect to feel good and have the energy to be able to work out? Sugar, processed foods, and refined carbs, will only slow your body down and provide you with little nutrition value.  It’s important to get in the right nutrients and daily value of adequate vitamins, minerals, and nutritious foods.
❎ You’re Not Pushing Hard Enough
Being easy on yourself will keep you continually guessing why you can’t lose that "muffin top". Remember the old saying, "Rome wasn’t built in a day"? Be patient, but you’re going to need to step your game up. Hire a personal trainer or coach if you need a little extra push. .

Day 15:
The past weekend was a little rough. I don’t really understand my problems with parties or going out to eat. Every time I tell myself beforehand that I try to eat as good as possible and allow myself some treats. But the second I’m in with eating I cannot stop myself even if I know I am full. After that I normally feel ill but that isn’t a reason to quit eating. I really am questioning myself there. Is it because of my mindset, the tastes, the sugar, the atmosphere? I don’t know...

Day 15:

If you are feeling lazy and worn out on bank holiday monday, here is some motivation for you. I will start by saying that this amazing lady/client/friend/bigsista & someone i spend whole session arguing with @sumaiya_duck is truly an inspiration for me😊. I am not going to bullshit you all by saying how I helped her, in all honesty i didn’t, she helped herself. @sumaiya_duck started working out 18months ago and managed to drop almost 40kg within a year, we have been training since March 19 and have managed to drop another 7kgs but also managed to increase muscle% and reduce bf%. The mindset she brings to each session is absolutely amazing. 
So if you are still sitting on that couch thinking you cant do it, get your ass off it and make it happen.
