Sometimes I see small changes, sometimes I see big changes and sometimes I see no changes at all. I do it for my health. I do it to live my best life a happy, grateful, peaceful, joyful, thankful life. To feel good in my skin. The physical is a bonus affect, so I show up for myself consistently. Yes a use a specific nutrition programs and fitness programs, but a specific nutrition program or fitness program doesn’t create changes on its own, they are the tools that help create the changes.
 I can tell you what does work though is using the tools consistently along with ACCOUNTABILITY and COMMUNITY. ——

French Toast: easy and quick recipe to make, perfect for breakfast! 🤙🏻👌🏻
🧾 What you need:
* Sandwich bread 🍞 - 3 slide
* Egg 🥚- 1
* Milk - 100 ml 🥛 (I used skimmed milk) * Sugar - 1 tbs 🥄
* Vanilla 🌱
* Jam or syrup for garnish 🍓

How to prepare 👩🏻‍🍳
In a cup whisk together egg, milk, sugar and vanilla. Dip the bread in the mix. 
Once coated, put the bread  into a no-stick pan (medium heat) and cook each side 2/3 min.
Serve it with jam or syrup! ——
So tasty and delicious!!

Questa mattina come colazione ho mangiato un #overnightporridge 🥣 di yogurt greco con farro soffiato, fiocchi di avena e semi di chia. Come topping la nuova scoperta del momento🤩 la salsina al cacao con olio di cocco! 🥥 
E sopra per finire scaglie di cocco e melagrana!

Il nuovo programma sta andando benissimo, mai vista così bene nell’ultimo periodo come in questi giorni! 🥰 
I nuovi esercizi mi piacciono e sento lavorare bene i muscoli (i giorni dopo poi li sento ancora di più 🤣🤣)! Sono davvero contenta di avere la possibilità di seguire i consigli di una persona esperta e competente dopo questo tempo in cui mi gestivo tutto da sola.. Vedremo cosa ne verrà fuori! 😝

🍳eating breakfast doesn’t have to be your favorite but it is important. how you start really can have an impression on the rest of your day. so let’s start on the right foot. save this for a quick breakfast for the entire week!

🥬what you add into them is your choice, whole eggs or non. ham on the outside. asparagus, zucchini or cheese. choice is yours!

Preparation
1️⃣cut up the fillers you are using. (onion, pepper, bacon, etc) cook them in a pan on the stovetop. 
2️⃣grab a cupcake pan, spray with oil. pour your eggs or egg whites in each whole (leave space for the fillers). 3️⃣toss the cooked fillers in, salt and pepper. 
4️⃣unless it’s mixed in, add the cheese on top whenever they’re almost done to melt it
.
Cooking
1️⃣Oven 375-380 
2️⃣13-17 minutes or until cooked .
Counting Macros
1️⃣how I do mine is rows of 3 horizontally. pay attention when taking to and from the oven. 
2️⃣I weigh out 6 ounces of egg whites and fill it in the 3 rows and each morning I eat ONLY 3
3️⃣I do NOT weigh my veggies since I don’t add that much filler myself. on myfitnesspal I add “2 spears,” etc 
4️⃣whenever you store them, store the them together (3) so that your macros are correct .

Quinoa a la huancaina🤤🇵🇪 estaba tan rico que quizás repetí🙊🙊 Es súper fácil de hacer!! Para la quinoa utilicé una perlada (en mi opinión es la más rica) y solo la sancoché

El pollo a la plancha está frito sin aceite y aderezado con sal, pimienta y un poquito de orégano.

Y por último, la huancaina está hecha con 2 huevos duros (para darle consistencia), sal al gusto, leche de almendras de @silkperu, y queso fresco sbelt. Los últimos 2 ingredientes los agrego al ojo, si está muy espeso más leche y si está muy aguada añado más queso.
