I’m often asked how I do it. How have I maintained my weight. The way I maintain my health year after year is through CONSISTENCY. Staying committed and consistent with what’s best for my body. I don’t do it for the number on the scale. I do it for my own health. It isn’t a diet or a workout program specifically that does it, It’s a lifestyle. It’s a daily choice sometimes I choose to indulge a little and other times I choose to buckle down, but it’s always a balance and always consistent. Sometimes I see small changes, sometimes I see big changes and sometimes I see no changes at all. I do it for my health. I do it to live my best life a happy, grateful, peaceful, joyful, thankful life. To feel good in my skin. The physical is a bonus affect, so I show up for myself consistently. Yes a use a specific nutrition programs and fitness programs, but a specific nutrition program or fitness program doesn’t create changes on its own, they are the tools that help create the changes.
I can tell you what does work though is using the tools consistently along with ACCOUNTABILITY and COMMUNITY. ——
So, 🔺I’m inviting you to be a part of my CHALLENGE GROUP🔺. Be a part of Community that is using the tools 🧰 to make this a lifestyle you choose and love 💕 not just a program you do for a few weeks and then stop only to go back to your old habits. I’m not asking you to go on a diet with me, I’m asking you if you want to create consistency in your life that can lead to happiness, health, more energy and a positive mindset.
