Cupping is a type of massage. The difference is that in a general form of massage, the pressure is put on your muscles. But here, a suction is created that in turn creates a pressure to pull the skin, muscles, and tissues upward.

Cupping treats the swelling, pain and tension in muscles by stimulating tissue relaxation and better communication between cells. It is very effective in pain management.

The therapy has been long in use around the world to treat rheumatic diseases like arthritis, skin problems like eczema, lung diseases like bronchial congestion, anxiety, paralysis, varicose veins and sore muscles.

Cupping therapy is considered safe with no health hazards. One common side effect of the treatment is bruise marks. These occur because blood is pulled up to the surface of the skin during treatment and may last for a few days to a week. These will disappear as the stagnation resolves.

3. Kefir z gruszką, jabłkiem i płatkami owsianymi. 
4. Kanapki z pastą z tuńczyka, jajek i awokado (jem ostatnio codziennie 😅)
5. Rosół drobiowy. 
6. Mleko z bananem, płatkami owsianymi i miodem.

Pisząc ostatnio post o Be Diet zapomniałam o jednej zalecie jaką jest możliwość przeniesienia listy zakupów do @friscopl 😊 Zamawiasz z dostawą do domu 😊 czy może być lepsze rozwiązanie dla zabieganych osób, lub takich które nie mogą wyjść z domu, lub jechać do sklepu? Chyba nie 😍 osobiście wolę sama iść na zakupy, wybrać wszystko takie jak lubię, ale ja mam czas i mogę to robić 😊 Gdy jednak braknie czasu lub możliwości sama chętnie skorzystam z tej opcji!

RICETTA:
• Innanzitutto preparate le melanzane, tagliandole a fette abbastanza sottili e cuocetele in padella con un filo di olio🍆
• Prendete 4 fette wasa e ponete due di queste su un piatto per fare il primo strato • Poi in ordine mettete del sugo (già pronto, io l’ho fatto in casa)🍅 sopra le fette, le fette di melanzana, della mozzarella light (io Santa Lucia) tagliata a fettine. Poi ancora due fette wasa e infine ripetete lo stesso procedimento (sugo, melanzana, mozzarella). L’ultimo strato in superficie sarà di sugo.
• Spolverate con un po’ di grana o pecorino e mettete in microonde alla massima potenza per 2minuti circa.
Così la mozzarella si scioglierà per bene🤤.
E ORA GUSTATE LE VOSTRE FIT LASAGNE!

Spicy Vegan Steamed Dumplings

Little plant-based pockets of goodness! 
Recipe

Ingredients:
~ 2 lbs of bok choy, washed and julienned
~ 1 package of wonton/dumpling wrapper
~ 1 box of firm tofu, drained & mashed
~ 1/4 cup of saute mushrooms
~ 1 tablespoon black bean sauce
~ 1 tablespoon corn starch
~ salt to taste
~ oil
Spicy sauce (whisk all ingredients in a bowl until sugar dissolves):
~ 3 tablespoons soy sauce
~ 2 tablespoon chili oil with chili crumbs
~ 1 tablespoon sesame oil
~ 1 teaspoon Chinese black vinegar
~ 1 teaspoon grated ginger
~ 1 teaspoon sugar

Place julienned bok choy in a large bowl with 2 tsp salt, using your hands, gently massage salt into veggies. Set aside for 15-20mins. In a heated pan with 1 tsp oil, sauté mushrooms until lightly brown, add black bean sauce and stir until well combined, set aside and pan fry mashed tofu for 2 minutes (or until brown), season with salt. Place both ingredients in a big bowl.

Using a cheesecloth or just with your palms, squeeze as much liquid out as possible from your bok choy. Add tofu mixture, cornstarch, combine well & season if needed.

Place a dollop of mixture in the middle of your wrapper, moisten side with water and pleat to seal. Place wontons on a steamer basket and steam for 15mins in high heat. Remove and serve warm with spicy sauce. You can serve sauce on the side or as pictured.

Y éste ha sido mi desayuno: unos #fitmuffins de crema de cacahuete que estaban super ricos 😋
(Desliza la foto para ver más 😉) Los hice ayer al tiempo que horneaba otra cosa y no pesé ingredientes, medio con cuchara sopera y scoops
Para 4mufifns, llevan:

1huevo+ 100ml de leche #sinlactosa +2 cucharadas de peanutbutter. Batir.
Añadir 3scoops de harina de avena (yo sabor crema de cacahuete de @prozis )
+ 1cucharada de harina de coco + 1/2 cucharada de impulsor. Batir y poner en los moldes. Espolvorear canela.
Hornear 20-25 min. a 180grados, con el horno precalentado

This Sunshine Breakfast Salad is perfect during the summer time!☀️ We highly recommend boiling a whole bunch of eggs, baking a bunch of bacon, and caramelizing a couple of red onions. That way you’ll have the ingredients on hand to make Sunshine salads the rest of the week with virtually zero prep time. Enjoy!😄 Prep time 10 min

SERVES 1 * 1 strip Nitrate free bacon
* 1 Hard Boiled Egg
* 1 teaspoon olive oil
* ¼ cup red onion, sliced
* 2 cups Butter Lettuce, torn
* 2 tablespoons Walnuts
For the Balsamic Dressing
* 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
* ¼ teaspoon Garlic, minced
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* dash of sea salt and black pepper

DIRECTIONS
1: Set the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the bacon in a single layer. Place in the oven (don’t worry that the oven hasn’t reached 400 yet) and set the timer for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, drain off the grease and chop.

2: Place the egg (or eggs since hard boiled eggs are always great to have in the fridge for on-the-go snacks) in a pot of water. Slowly bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Cover and remove from heat. Leave it for 12 minutes, then run under cool water and peel. Slice the peeled egg.

3:In a small skillet heat the olive oil. Add the sliced onion. Sauté until soft and caramelized.

4: Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

5: Arrange the butter lettuce over a plate. Add the walnuts, onion, chopped bacon and sliced egg. Serve with a drizzle of the dressing.
