When doing chest, we prefer using cables versus dumbbells to really isolate the pec. Definitely able to get a way better stretch and squeeze. Try doing  4 sets (15 reps each side) and your pump will be crazy 🤦‍♂️🔥#dtdfit #digdeep

Тяга верхнего блока: простое упражнение, направленное на укрепление мышц спины, в частности широчайших. И тем не менее, начинающие часто допускают грубые ошибки при его выполнении.
 Возьмитесь за ручки удобным хватом, следите за симметричностью расположения кистей на ручке(грифе). Упуститесь на сиденье, держа гриф или ручку над головой, бедрами под фиксирующие подушки. Слегка отклонитесь назад, создав естесственный прогиб в пояснице. На выдохе подтяните ручку к ВЕРХНЕЙ ЧАСТИ ГРУДИ, сводя при этом лопатки. На вдохе плавно "отпустите" ручку, вернувшись в исходное положение.
Не дергайте вес - это чревато травмой! Не отклоняйтесь назад слишком сильно. Не тяните вес руками - это упражнение на спину, а не руки))
Берегите себя и тренируйтесь на здоровье!😘😘😘

Come sapete cerco sempre di accontentare le vostre richieste, trasformando i vostri suggerimenti in infografiche! Tempo fa mi avevate chiesto di creare un post per degli spuntini notturni per chi lavora di notte e idee pre-nanna, così ho pensato di unire il tutto in un unico post, dal momento che il concetto di pre-nanna è molto soggettivo. Ad esempio, per quanto mi riguarda,  utilizzo il pre-nanna un po’ come “jolly” per colmare qualche voglia di dolce oppure per raggiungere la quota giornaliera di macronutrienti, quindi non è da considerarsi come un “pasto” completo e bilanciato in tutti i suoi micronutrienti. In ogni caso, come sempre, adattate ogni suggerimento ed idea a seconda delle vostre esigenze alimentari e/o alla dieta e percorso che state seguendo. (Non trovate inseriti i grammi di ciascun alimento proprio per questo motivo). Vi lascio inoltre nelle storie in evidenza  la ricettina per creare il budino di albumi 🤗🤗🤗🤗 •

As far as training on vacation, I don’t think it’s absolutely necessary (unless you’re on prep) but I do recommend it IF you have the time. Even if it’s just running on a treadmill. .

Remember that exercise not only makes you look good, it also makes you feel good, so why not do it if you have the chance 😊💪🏼 .
