With All Direction Health relocating down to Melbourne I thought this would be a good time to re-build it's image, so today I thought it would be appropriate to start things off with a post listing the formulas that I have discovered over the last 12 - 18 months and now apply myself to achieve a particular goal or success in an area. Don't get me wrong I am still practicing these formulas myself as well as learning to commit to them over the long run but each of these points have helped me in some way or another since becoming a trainer with my work and just with life in general so I hope you will take them and implement them into your own life or whatever it is you want to achieve amazing results in. 🥇🔝 1. Never miss a Monday 
2. Keep yourself accountable
3. Surround yourself with people on a similar path
4. Prepare and re-asses your goals regularly
5. Be open to learning
6. Learn to meditate in some way
7. Expand your self image
8. Live and operate with purpose
9. Specificity will get you there

Each of these formulas has their own job but when used together you have a formula that will get you to any destination and over the next 9 weeks I will be uploading a video on each of the points explaining why I have adopted each and why I have found each point necessary to keep in the running of my day to day. So keep an eye out for the videos to come and I hope you find them as useful as I have.

Hello family! So one of the ways  to get out of a plateau, aside nutrition is to change your workout routine. If you keep doing the similar workouts all the time, not only does it become boring but your body becomes so used to them and next thing you know you are in a plateau. Putting in the work but not seeing any results... Well having studied my body I try my best to switch between workouts... This was the HIIT cardio workout I did, just to switch things up. -----------------------------
1. Sprint at 10m/s 20 secs followed by 8 burpees ×3 (these nearly killed me 😁)
2. 20 air squats followed by 20 uphill walking lunges ×3
3. 10 Burpees into a box squat ×3
4. Dropset leg press... started with narrow stance, then wide and ended with close stance. 
I can assure you this will have you feeling all sorts of soreness but your body will definitely thank you later. Its the bittersweet kinda soreness 😁

So, der Alltag, nach 3 Wochen Urlaub, kann beginnen!
Natürlich bin ich ultra müde und auch noch gar nicht so motiviert...aber das kommt.

I used to walk 3km to a train station every morning and back every afternoon sunshine or rain to get to university. I then had to take two trains to get there and some mornings even 3 taxis. In my 3rd year I got a 1982 Toyota Corolla from my parents with more rust than body, but that was all they could afford and it was given to me with love. I had 6 different casual jobs while studying and finally saved enough to have my jalopy spray painted. That little car was my everything. Every young man's dream is to drive a beautiful car right? After graduation up until now I've had 7 brand new cars, I'm not boasting but hardwork and perseverance pays off.
Over the weekend my current car was on Dstv Ignition Channel 189, Tuned in SA. For me it was such an honor seeing what I've worked for on a 20min slot on TV, but one thing came across my mind. To be honest that little R6000 Toyota meant so much more to me because I had to work so hard to even buy a rethread tyre,a whole long weekend! lol 
True happiness and gratitude doesn't come from material things but from the simple things in life.

It’s a new day & a new week. 
After having Thursday, Friday & Saturday off with no training ( I know that’s HUGE for me ) 
Eating 🍽 a little naughtier than usual 🙄& a great 👍 weekend with  people & a LOOOTTTT more calories than usual thanks @jakepinksterboer @mr_alkass .... It’s Monday & it’s time 2 get back on track 😊

Sometimes we just gotta give ourselves a break from training & we’ll just enjoy food a little more... It’s good for us both mentally & physically. Especially someone like me who trains like an energiser bunny 🐰 & a beast ( so I’m told 🤣 #truedat ) 
Always on the go never stop 🛑 life is crAy crAy and well my 
mental / physical state have both crashed and burned ... That’s an indication your body is telling you to stop 🛑 slow down, & Rest... So I had to learn the hard way .... ( it’s the worst way ) 
So that’s what I did ... I rested ... ~ Was it weird ? Yes ~ Was I exhausted ? Yes ~ Was my mental state tired ? Yes ~ Was my physical state tired ? Yes ~ Did I feel fatigued ? Yes ~ Was I feeling Tired on a regular basis .. ? YEssssss !! These are all the WARNINGS ⚠️ & alarm 🚨 BELLS !!!! LISTEN ✌️ YOUR BODY!! Show it the TLC 💖 that it needs 
After all we put it through a lot .. ~ Did I have regrets about wrong food choices & extra calories? 
NO NO NO NO NOOOOO !!!! Cause it was a one off & balanced.. All in all I’m happy to say... I’m feeling 💯% better as now I’m rested up mentally and physically and I’m ready to start A NEW !! After taking my measurements this morning 
Hips: Gone up 1cm (in 1 week )
Waist: Gone up 1cm ( in 1 week )
Weight: Still the same ( in 1 week )

Do I have any regrets .. 🤔... R U CRAZY HECK NO NO REGRETS.. 1cm up I’m PROUD 
That’s nothing ... Could’ve been worse 🤣

I enjoyed myself & felt good & that’s all that matters .. & well it’s MONDAY & on MONDAY

Sometimes we just gotta give ourselves a break from training & we’ll just enjoy food a little more... It’s good for us both mentally & physically. Especially someone like me who trains like an energiser bunny 🐰 & a beast ( so I’m told 🤣 #truedat )
Always on the go never stop 🛑 life is crAy crAy and well my
mental / physical state have both crashed and burned ... That’s an indication your body is telling you to stop 🛑 slow down, & Rest... So I had to learn the hard way .... ( it’s the worst way )
So that’s what I did ... I rested ... ~ Was it weird ? Yes ~ Was I exhausted ? Yes ~ Was my mental state tired ? Yes ~ Was my physical state tired ? Yes ~ Did I feel fatigued ? Yes ~ Was I feeling Tired on a regular basis .. ? YEssssss !! These are all the WARNINGS ⚠️ & alarm 🚨 BELLS !!!! LISTEN ✌️ YOUR BODY!! Show it the TLC 💖 that it needs
After all we put it through a lot .. ~ Did I have regrets about wrong food choices & extra calories?
NO NO NO NO NOOOOO !!!! Cause it was a one off & balanced.. All in all I’m happy to say... I’m feeling 💯% better as now I’m rested up mentally and physically and I’m ready to start A NEW !! After taking my measurements this morning
Hips: Gone up 1cm (in 1 week )
Waist: Gone up 1cm ( in 1 week )
Weight: Still the same ( in 1 week )

Do I have any regrets .. 🤔... R U CRAZY HECK NO NO REGRETS.. 1cm up I’m PROUD

Honestly, saya mmg xde masa ke gym. Membership gym tak digunakan. Haishhh rugi pon ada. Mcm mana nak gi.... anak nk berkepit je. Tulah beza orang pompuan ngan lelaki ni. Nak gi workout, kita mak-mak mmg byk berfikir. Anak ok ke? Dah prepare masak dulu ke? Kdg kdg dah siap, anak peluk kaki mcm koala bear, kensel g gym. Sedih tau. Org lelaki ni senang sket. Dia nak gi, beg gym pon wife prepare, siap dgn postworkout meal lagi. Haishhhhh

Sape sama nasib mcm saya? 🤣🤣🤣 abis tu takkan kita nk bior je kan. Takleh jadi ni. Kita nk gak body solid. Ok jom kita workout kt rumah. Bukan kuantiti tp kualiti. Buat betul2 biar efek maksimum. Pastu jgn lupa makan jaga. Klau makan tak jaga, rugi juga exercise tu. Jaga mkn bukan kurang mkn tau. Nak tahu mcm mana nak mkn yg sesuai utk badan solid? Siap ada workout guide lagi...? 😱
