This exercise is intended to strengthen the core muscles, with an emphasis on the oblique abdominals and hip flexors of the supported leg.
Breaking leg contact adds to the difficulty level of the exercise.

The external oblique is dominant on the side of the lifted leg, and the internal oblique is dominant on the side of the supporting leg.

All the muscles on the model stabilize the body.  We chose to color the rectus abdominis and the obliques in red because they are the dominant stabilizers in this exercise. But this exercise is not intended only for the abdominals but for all the core muscle.

Salmão en Papillote

Ingredientes

1 pedaço de filé de salmão

4 ou 5 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva extra-virgem

Pimenta da sua preferência

Sal

6 ou 7 colheres de sopa bem cheias de suco de limão ou vinho branco

1 cebola roxa cortada ao meio (opcional)

Modo de Preparo

Corte um pedaço de papel alumínio que seja suficiente para embrulhar a fatia de peixe com folga. É muito importante que sobre espaço dentro do papillote, para que os vapores circulem e cozinhem a carne. Unte com um fio de azeite de oliva e acomode o peixe. Regue com o restante do azeite e com o limão ou o vinho. Se quiser, você pode substituir o azeite por manteiga e o vinho por suco de maracujá ou laranja. Acomode as metades de cebola ao lado do peixe, tempere-as com sal e pimenta e feche o papillote. Não deixe nenhum buraquinho aberto no papel alumínio. Asse em forno médio por cerca de 20 ou 30 minutos. Faça um papillote para cada pedaço de peixe. Sirva o salmão com a cebola caramelizada e com os líquidos que ficaram no papel.

Almost halfway through the new program with @stephenbeaugrand Thanks to my awesome girlfriend and training partner @justcallmeriss for keeping me motivated. My delts are on fire after an upper hypertrophy day! Sitting at 230 lbs. The thing I love most about bodybuilding other than the fact of how awesome you feel because of all the great habits that encompass it is how basically everyday you are dressing for success. Everytime you enter the gym you are custom tailoring yourself to how you want to look even though it's the most tedious thing you'll ever do it's also the most satisfying! When self confidence and success is the best outfit you can put on you know I'll be pushing for that last rep everytime!

You don’t call on doing an Olympic Triathlon without: 
1. Rating your work ethic 
2. Backing yourself 
3. Be willing to leave your comfort zone

We are now training to surpass previous financial successes as we train for our first Olympic Triathlon.

I wasnt planning to come to the gym, because yesterday I walked nonstop at work 😣 my watch said I did 22,800 steps. To me that is alot...I was so tired..that I just went to sleep early. Legs are sore. So,my motivation was to workout on my back & biceps.💪

Hopefully I can do legs tomorrow. I sure do miss my squats & deadlifts. knee is still hurting a bit, just trying not to put any pressure on it.
