That's all I wanted to say really, for long-term and serious results, chasing the pump all the time won't get you far. However that's not to say you'll be getting pumps post-training a lot of the time!

My day have been very busy recently. I had fewer workouts this week and I started feeling guilty. . .

Here are some clips from yesterday's leg session. It was a full hour session and not every exercise was captured on video but I will explain the routine  below.

Post-workout meal! Tyson blackened chicken strips and cucumber kimchi! I think the food is the best part of being Korean and a lot of it is very good for you, as well as keto/low-carb friendly. Good for gut bacteria too! I just walked 2 miles on the treadmill. If my feet weren't already hurting, I'd probably walk more! Maybe later 😏 I forgot how much I enjoy walking. It's very relaxing and has always helped my depression and insomnia.

Whether you got sick, went on vacation, or just got burned out from training; it’s completely normal! I’ve been down this road more times than I can count 😅 Trust me fam, you’ll be okay! 👌🏼

I’m personally trying to get back into my old routine and I thought I’d share a few tips with y’all 👍🏼
.
1. On your first week of “getting back” just start slow. Do whatever you feel like doing. Don’t kill yourself in the gym by trying to make up for the gym sessions you missed. Try using 70-75% of the weight you would normally train with.
.
2. Don’t worry about adding in strict cardio to your training sessions. Take it easy. Do cardio another day (if you must do cardio at all).
.
3. For your nutrition, just eat how you would normally eat. No need to crash diet or do anything drastic. If you haven’t been eating much protein, it’s a good idea to increase your intake a bit. Nothing crazy. I recommend .8 - 1 gram per lb of bodyweight.
.
4. When you feel good and your body is used to training again, restart your training program. Back to Day 1 AND IT’S OKAY!

5. TAKE LOTS OF PICS! Those before and after transformations are gonna be sick fam 🔥👌🏼
