Rotating bicep curl, this is another one of my favorites! It’s simple and effective. I start my arm workouts with a standing bicep curl with the curl bar, then I end it with this. I used to really struggle with my arms early on, could never gain any muscle mass, but this very simple exercise helped me a lot on the way! There is not much to say about this exercise except for: try it!
Because yes it’s simple, but also in my experience, very effective.
