Zum Thema wie viele Wiederholungen und so 😄 bei den Übungen ohne Sport Geräten würde ich 3 bis 5 Sätze empfehlen mit je 15 bis 20 Wiederholungen.. Bei Übungen für den Bauch würde ich allerdings auf 30 Wiederholungen erhöhen plus so viele bis es nicht mehr geht 😄💪🏽

Este no ya está inventado pero yo rescato la receta porque hoy he empezado la transición a la dieta ceto después  de leer y estudiar mucho sobre el tema y de que @carlos_stro y @fitness.revolucionario me convencieran del todo, incluida @lisvalera con sus recetas, voy a probar en mi misma que tal, y y de paso os lo cuento en primera mano que gusta más a la hora de aconsejarlo!
Ya os iré contando pero mientras probad este invento y le contáis!
-40g de harina de almendra y otro fruto seco
-Un huevo
-Pizca de sal y pimienta
-1/4 de cucharada de levadura química.

1. Mezcla todo en una taza que esté engrasada y lleva al micro por 1-2’, depende de la potencia que tenga.
2. Abre el bollito y tuesta!

Thema Homeworkout 😄 Es gibt so viele simple Übungen die man zuhause machen kann ohne großes Equipment zu benötigen, Liegestütze zum Beispiel, nicht nur gut für die Ärmchen, stärkt auch die Körpermitte 👌🏼 für den Anfang ist natürlich auch die light Version möglich, mit der habe ich auch angefangen 😄😊💪🏽

Hoy para mi #lunessincarne una deliciosa Pasta con Pesto casero, nueces y queso al fallo👌🏼😏

Me gusta hacer el pesto sin queso, para que me aguante más en el frigorífico sin problema, después añado en el momento el quesito y queda igual de rico!!! .

Llevo un tiempo que me ronda por la cabeza ser #vegetariana pero OJO! No por ninguna moda, las modas y yo no somos compatibles, yo voy por libre. Lo de ser Vegana lo veo muy lejos,  no soy capaz, soy débil 🤣🤣😑 para dar el paso 🤔Pero es que la proteína vegetal no me termina de gustar😕

VIVIR YA NO ME CUESTA TRABAJO🌿Hace meses cuando aún arrastraba la depresión, un sábado tenía que elegir entre ir a entrenar o salir a cenar porque mi cuerpo no me permitía las dos cosas. Era como un estado febril crónico, el que sentimos cuando tenemos la gripe y el cuerpo solo nos pide cama, pero sin pruebas gráficas. Un termómetro con 40 de fiebre no me respaldaba y la gente no lo entiendía🤷🏽‍♀️Un día recibí un comentario, diciéndome que vivía en un mundo de yupi y no sabia lo que era estar trabajando 12h fuera de casa. Lo cierto es que tenía parte de razón, estaba en otro mundo, aunque no precisamente de yupi, y estoy FELIZ de estar de vuelta 👏🏼 // 🇺🇸I suffered from depression during 2 years and in that time my body just asked me for bed time. I had no energy as if I was having a flu and I literally had to choose between exercising or having dinner outside because both were too much for me. Now I feel I am back and I cant be happier ✨

Guárdatela y hazla!!!!!🙏🏼 After wod solo puedo pensar en esta lasaña que tengo congelada 🤤

Los ingredientes que necesitas son 🍆🍅:
-2 cucharadas de aceite
-2 dientes de ajo
-1 cebolla troceada
-1 caja de champiñones (córtalos) y otra de setas shiitake
-2/3 bote de tomate natural triturado (aldi)
-200gr de lentejas cocidas (consejo de @veg_itup)
-1 berenjena
-4 Lonchas de queso (yo uso tierno de cabra de aldi)
El procedimiento es 🌪:
Corta la berenjena a láminas con un cuchillo y déjalas a remojo con sal 30 min, después las enjuagaremos bien.
Para la boloñesa Sofrie los ajitos en la sartén (a mi me gusta apartarlos junto con el aceite) y dora la cebolla con el champiñón y setas (brutal el toque de las 🍄 )
*añade agua que no se pegue y así evitas poner aceite.
Cuando estén las verduras añade las lentejas y el tomate y deja cocinar 10 minutos a fuego lento junto con especias. 
Enjuaga la berenjena y ve montando en una bandeja de horno (yo suelo untar la base en aceite que no se pegue). Pones berenjena, la mezcla de la boloñesa, más berenjena.. y así. Y al terminar el queso. Hornea a 150* durante 20 minutos 🥰 y listo!

Ich gehe wahrhaftig erst seit 2,3Monaten ins Fitnessstudio, einmal die Woche ungefähr für eine Stunde, dann trainiere #fullbody mit maximalem Gewicht.
Ansonsten bin ich ein Fan vom #homeworkout zeitlich und organisatorisch einfach praktischer 😀
Zu meiner kleinen Ausstattung gehören; leichte Gewichte, ein Medizinball, 2 Kettlebells, eine Klimmzugstange, Dip bars, ein Sandsack, TRX Bänder.. Das habe ich mir über 4 Jahre nach und nach dazu geholt.. Für den Anfang von Homeworkouts reicht auch der eigene Körper 😄💪🏽 den hat man ja meistens bei sich 😅

I did some research about how to optimise my condition and my training by understanding how to manipulate my nutrition to lead to increased performance 💪🏼

So firstly we have to be able to become “metabolic flexible”  so basically means being able to switch carbohydrates as fuel to using fat as fuel or any combination of this switching.
.
If you are able to use different sources of fuel you can performed your exercises in a higher level.
.
So how do you increase your metabolic flexibility? There is two ways ;) .
Exercise under a variety of conditions so if you normal going to train in a fed state try to train fasted every now and then . The idea is to switch things up to force the body to adapt to any situation.👊🏻
.
Restricted-carbs not eliminate them , this means you should limit your amount of carbs forcing your body use fat as main source of energy. .
Of course this depends of specific demands of a person , the idea here is to be metabolically flexible where you can train effectively utilising fuel from different sources.
.
You body will have different kinds of fuel demands based on the type of training you do, for example :
.
High intense workout is more carbohydrates because it need to use a source of fuel fast 💨 .
Aerobic or endurance activity on other hands require more of metabolic flexibility discussed above so that you body can adapt between all fuel sources to maintain performance over time.

People focus on speeding their metabolism via methods like hours of cardio, fat burners, and intermittent fasting.  Truthfully, none of these methods increase metabolic rate.  Instead, if you want to improve your metabolism, lift heavy weights and eat carbs and protein.  Additionally, the biggest decline in metabolic rate that occurs when dieting can be attributed to a decline in non-exercise activity.  So, a simple fix is to try to move more - go for a 10-minute walk several times a day, roughhouse with your kids, or chase your dog.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Abs are tough to get and even tougher to keep. Here are my top five tips to get, maintain, and/or make your abs better!

1. PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN! - Having a heavy protein diet will not only make your abs pop but also all your other muscles! Basically, if you want abs, the most important thing is to eat healthy, and focus on protein!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. RUN! - Every single person has abs! If you can’t see your abs, that’s okay! They’re just under a layer of fat. By running, you will burn this fat off to reveal your abs and/or make your already visible abs pop out even more!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. AB EXERCISES! - Sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts, planks, Russian twists, leg raises (as seen in the photo), etc. will all help develop your abs muscles and make them pop! Do these exercises! They’re great!

Lifting weights will most certainly work your abs as well as the specific muscle groups you’re targeting with your weight training!

1. PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN! - Having a heavy protein diet will not only make your abs pop but also all your other muscles! Basically, if you want abs, the most important thing is to eat healthy, and focus on protein!
