A big mistake I see A LOT of people make in the gym is thinking that the heavier the weight they lift, the bigger they will get. .
. 
In most cases, it’s not about how much you lift, it’s what you can do with that weight. You can swing 24kg dumbbells all day long and it will do F*CK ALL for you, whereas you can make an 8kg dumbbell feel like a 24kg purely based on the quality of your reps and how you utilise the weight I.e. doing negatives, holding contractions etc. This would promote growth a lot more than swinging heavy weight. .

Not to get it twisted, heavy weight does have its place and it’s always good to choose a weight that challenges you, but when focusing on smaller muscle groups, weight isn’t everything.

1x200m run

50x Clean and press
1x500m jog

For each excercise, please select a weight wich you have 100% control over but still is challenging enough to do barely 50 reps. 
Goal in this workout is to increase your strength, strength endurance and anaerobic capabilities. 
There is no time limit during this workout, however try to rest as little as possible. 50 reps can be broken down when needed, as long as you finish 50 reps.

Remember to keep your form at all times!

Note* Pull ups can be assisted with a resistance band, IF needed.

For each excercise, please select a weight wich you have 100% control over but still is challenging enough to do barely 50 reps.
Goal in this workout is to increase your strength, strength endurance and anaerobic capabilities.
There is no time limit during this workout, however try to rest as little as possible. 50 reps can be broken down when needed, as long as you finish 50 reps.

Remember to keep your form at all times!

Note* Pull ups can be assisted with a resistance band, IF needed.
