I almost couldn’t even make it down the stairs at my gym after tonight’s leg day pump 😵 It feels so incredible though feeling myself get stronger & being able to control heavier weight 👏 You’re gonna wanna hit that ❤️ & save this routine for later - guarantee it’ll make your cheeks feel like they’re on 🔥😂 -

1️⃣ Sumo Deadlifts (4 x 8) ✨

2️⃣ Squats (4 x 8, also wanted to show how I get into position for these!) ✨

3️⃣ Bulgarian Split Lunges (4 x 8 per leg) ✨

4️⃣ Hip Thrusters (4 x 8-10, really make sure to push from the heel & squeeze at top for a heavy glutes pump!) ✨

Japan has been eye opening in a way that I did not expect. It has made me realize my love for fitness, eating healthy, being healthy, making healthy choices, overall just having a healthier happier life. Japan has been a challenge, in that healthy food (fruits and veggies) are extremely expensive, not having a healthy variety, and definitely not easy for picky eaters. ..
It has also always been difficult for me to keep my workout routine going when I got to a new place. That is until I get the groove of things, but sometimes that time of not pushing myself can be too long. Then by the time I realize I need to kick myself back into gear I’ve gained a significant amount of weight. ..
I’ve been the type to slowly loose weight at my own pace. To do it in a way where I still get to enjoy my food and eat things in moderation. (Because who doesn’t love a donut every now and then. Maybe just not everyday for a week straight......) Eating in moderation has been a sustainable way of living, until we arrived in japan. ..
Japan has made realize how much harder I have to work for what I want. And with the voices from Beach Body; Shaun T, Chalene Johnson, and Autumn Calabrese, I’ve been able to push myself even further the last few weeks. I just know that I have to push myself even more than I do before I have a routine. ..
In the end I know it’s never too late to keep pushing myself and challenging myself. However, I need to continue to stick to my rough “routine” and stop “restarting”. If only I could quote everything Autumn and Shaun have ever said. I’m so grateful I have these programs to continue to kick my butt, in a good way. .. so anyways. Cheers to continuing to grow and learn. To continue to adapt and be flexible. Fitness is apart of my life and will forever be. .

Third squat at #AWPCWorlds2019 - 135kg raw, 5kg improvement on my previous PB from #ABPU Brits at #bodypowerexpo earlier this year. One red light from @benchincredibles for grazing depth, something to work on for next time. Bench and deads to follow eventually.

Also; big fan of new @sbdapparel singlet. Gone down a size and it fits like a glove.

If you’re not in love with you life, rewrite that ish! I’m a follow your dream kinda chick. Will move across country and continents in pursuit of my dreams. But even in my fearless chasing, I got stuck. I found myself easily 40lbs overweight, creativity burnt out and didn’t know what to do.

I was so uncomfortable in my skin but unmotivated to help myself, not ready to get outside my comfort zone. It’s that crazy how I could be some uncomfortable in my body yet too scared to let go of my excuses? When a friend asked me to do this challenge group with her, I said yes. Without knowing what she was talking about, I told her to send me the info and I’d do it.

Now, I’m over 30lbs lighter and fit into these jeans from high school again 🤩 it lights me up that I get to come here and share my experience with you. Hoping to show you that you can do it too. At home, in 30 minutes or less a day.

When she told me about coaching, I was not into it. BUT as time went on I realized how much I love these programs and just how much they my life that I wanted to share them with everyone. It’s that crazy how I could be some uncomfortable in my body yet too scared to let go of my excuses? When a friend asked me to do this challenge group with her, I said yes. Without knowing what she was talking about, I told her to send me the info and I’d do it.

Now, I’m over 30lbs lighter and fit into these jeans from high school again 🤩 it lights me up that I get to come here and share my experience with you. Hoping to show you that you can do it too. At home, in 30 minutes or less a day.

When she told me about coaching, I was not into it. BUT as time went on I realized how much I love these programs and just how much they my life that I wanted to share them with everyone. I found true, lasting success and I wanted to help other people discover the same tools. Plus, who doesn’t need a side hustle these days?! I live in one of the most expensive cities in the US. Helping other women has helped me save for vacations and I would not have had that extra income to do so if not for coaching.

Almost a three year difference.. sustainable growth takes time and consistency. Also, a lot of trial and error (my favorite part). Happy where I’m at, but I’m always excited to expand my training.
