🔻 It was 105 degrees in Dallas .
🔻I felt like I was going to throw up until the last two miles. 🔻My right knee hurt for the first 3 miles

✖️I’ve never considered myself “a runner,” so truly, all I did was make sure there was not even remotely an option of walking in my head and here we are. Never label yourself based on what you can or cannot do, my friends. Because as we know.... 😉 Either way, you’ll be right. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But really, this was such a great mental push for me as I’ve never (IN MY LIFE) run more than 6 miles straight and I just kinda decided I was going to go for it today 🙃 (Also, Brian did it first and I was determined to impress him LOL) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
