Who’s hitting leg today?! 🔥 Warm up - 5 min on bike
- 10 body weight squat
- 10 lunges
- 20 banded leg raises
- 10 walk outs to downward facing dog pose
🚨 stretch 🚨 take you stretching serious before & after 🚨 {tag a friend to challenge}
📝 tip 🖊 if you see a Time Under Tension & tempo example (3 negative), use lower weights. if you are not used to a TUT & Tempo & never done them before, start off with a barbell or light weights. no more than 
female🚺: 5lbs-20lbs each side
male🚹: 25lbs-45lbs each side. 
The main focus is controlling the weight &  making sure you are counting down your sec (one one thousand, two one thousand, three one thousand & up! Repeat don’t stop tell all reps are done. Yes you can rest for a quick sec but make sure you finish your set!) Remember that the barbell is already 45lbs. So lets put your ego to the side y’all. 
When you see reps decreasing on sets add 5lbs to 25lbs each side or resistance bands or stay with the same weight. Your call. (I’ll post another video on that)
I didn’t record that much with the workout that’s going to be listed below. only 2 but I’m sure you guys can YouTube or google the workouts if you don’t know. I’ve added a super set with banded high knees in variation ways. If you don’t want to super set in between your sets you can do all banded high knees at the end of your workout. Banded high knees are 15sec-30sec 🏋🏽‍♀️ 🏋🏽‍♂️ 🏃🏽‍♀️ 🏃🏽 ——————————————————————-

Barbell front squat (45sec-60sec rest between sets)
set 1- 15 reps (2 negative)
set 2 & 3- 12 reps (3 sec negative)
set 4 - 8 (3 sec negative)
set 5 - 6 ( 4 sec negative)

WO #2
Snatch grip deadlift (45sec-60sec rest between sets)
Set 1 - 15 reps (2 sec negative)
Set 2 - 12 reps ( 2 sec negative)
Set 3 & 4 - 8 reps (3 sec negative)
Set 5 - 6 reps (4 sec negative)

WO #3
DB walking lunges (45sec-60sec rest between sets)
3 sets of 30 steps

WO #4
Barbell hip thrust (45sec-60sec rest between sets)
