YOU HAVE TO PUT IN AN EFFORT 
So I've been slacking lately with my chins. Every year when my bulk starts and I get heavier I get weaker in my chins due to some extra kilos, so I just stop doing them cuz I hate the feeling of being weak. Even though I know it's the worst thing to do I still do it. So on a good day I can maybe manage around 7 chins and for me it's a failure. From 16 to 7 chins... But if you want to succeed you have to make an effort. You have to work hard. Some days will suck. Some days you just want to quit and give up, but somehow you just keep going and that's the only thing that matter!💪🏽

So this was me two days ago. Completely feeling myself in an empty gym with some heavy triple squats. Feeling like a powerful goddam queen. 
Now I'm super ill and suffering with a big MS relapse which has got me twitching , exhausted and either in super a lot of pain or feeling super numb and I have no control over anything. I know it's not going to be forever but at the moment it feels as if I'm only going to get worse. It sucks. 
BUT.... I'm not going to feel sorry for myself. I will get back to training when I feel better. It's more important for me right now to focus on doing all I can to feel a little bit better for my baby boy and my husband. To do what I can for them. What I'm trying to say is 
1. Happiness and health is more important than your ego.
2.  The gym will still be there in 2 days, 2 weeks or even 2 months.
3. Life and training is a journey. There will be ups and downs.
4. When you have an empty gym take some badass selfies 🤣🤣
5. Don't judge everything you see on Instagram. So easy for people to fake they're okay.

My gym #bantz is better than your gym bantz 😂 The Doughnut Diaries continue, with a cameo appearance from @guspdias, captured by his good lady @em1wellness 🍩 I won’t give away Gus’ scale weight (🤣) but safe to say I’m pretty pleased I even managed to shift it a bit 😆 Needless to say kids, do not try this at home ⚠️
Joking aside, moments like this really do matter. These fellow gym goers have been super supportive while I try to rehab my shoulder, from administering hugs when needed (mostly Emma🥇) and making me see the funny side of the situation when required (always Gus 🏆). I’m not one for socialising much when I’m training, but these guys are firmly on my A list 🤩😘

Another isometric hold . Standing abdominal bridge . ✅ Fully grounded with bolted knees, harden glutes to painful level, spread spinal arch through ALL vertebrae, balance WELL, and compress belly throughout using every muscle fiber. Only add small weight when movement is understood by system .
