Dzien dobry niedzielnie. Późno już ... ale wrzucę inspirację na kotlety mielone. Wyglądają normalnie. Smakują pysznie ale są zupełnie nietypowe. Sa w 1/3 z mięsem z indyka, 1/3 cukinia, 1/3 pieczarki. Do tego cebulja, czosnek, len mielony, otreby owsiane i otręby pszenne plus jajo. Jestem insulinooporna co wiąże się z pewnymi ograniczeniami i brakiem np. Bulki tartej czy kaszy manny. 1️⃣ The “If It Fits Your Macros” approach to dieting is something that does work incredibly well for some. When it comes to dieting, you want a plan you can stick to long term. However, from past experience I can tell you when you’re calories are low the last thing you want to do is replace clean Whole Foods for calorie dense processed foods which is usually the case for many IIFYM’ers 🙁🍕 .

2️⃣ Processed Foods will always taste better than regular clean Whole Foods as they are chemically designed to. When eating these foods remember to include them as treats and every once in a while to not upset your diet and go off plan 🤗 .

.
3️⃣ Don’t be fooled by the branding, so many healthy drinks which we all enjoy have calories in them. If you want to have them remember to track those calories alongside your daily meals! 👍🏻

.
4️⃣ Your physique when cutting is a representation of many factors. The main one which you cannot trump is your nutrition 🥩🍠🥗 .

5️⃣ Weight and resistance training will get you the physique you want! Although it maybe more challenging to lift weights when you are cutting and the cardio machines seem tempting, your body composition will look a multitude better if you prioritize your weighted workouts 😁

So close to Fall I can already feel the seasonal change of allergies arise, anybody with me?!🤣 I spent this entire weekend lounging around & being lazy which was much needed, sometimes you just need a good recharge. .

I’ve been thinking about life a lot lately and it’s okay to not be where you had imagined yourself to be years ago. Once you let those little mile marks you had set for yourself that are out of your hands go you can really just start to live life to the fullest & not stress about the little things. Don’t get me wrong setting goals that are self driven are dire, but being realistic knowing life happens & changes so often that you can’t beat yourself up when those goals have to change. Change isn’t always bad, sometimes it’s necessary to evolve and sometimes it’s just out of our hands. I believe a lot of us would love to have a full game plan on life but the reality of it is obstacles arise on a daily basis so we can’t beat ourselves up when we can’t hit those mile markers we had set before hitting these obstacles. Life is a wild journey but it’s also incredible!🖤

Don’t have a grill but I do have a WAFFLE MAKER! This BBQ WAFFLE TOFU was so so good and quick to make 💖💚💖
⠀⠀
All You Need:
- yes, a waffle maker :)
- firm tofu | 1 block approx. 340g

My version of a simple BBQ Sauce:
- ketchup | 5 tbsp
- white vinegar | 3 tbsp
- honey | 1/2 tbsp
- sweet paprika | 1/2 tbsp
⠀⠀
1. Slice the tofu into half inch thickness
2. Marinade in BBQ sauce 
3. Preheat your waffle maker (high heat)
4. Place the tofu in, close the waffle maker
5. Let it cook for 5 mins
⠀⠀
Keep an eye on it to make sure it’s not burning 🙈
⠀⠀
This was 1 serving for me ☺️ served with 1 cup of rice and 3 cups of kale. so satisfied!
