So, a while back I posted about my Blueberry Muffin Level-1 protein pancakes, but I've made an improvement, which I thought wasn't possible!!!
The Blueberry Muffin Banana protein pancakes were born!!!
I love bananas and blueberries together, naturally, so this should have been a no brainier from the start!
It is still a protein packed breakfast, now with some extra goodness mixed in!
Here's the recipe-
1. 3/4 cup of Kodiak cakes buttermilk power cakes mix
2. 1 scoop of Blueberry Muffin Level-1
3. 3/4-1 banana
4. 3/4 cup of water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix all these together until desired consistency, and throw them on a skillet! This makes 2 good sized pancakes for me, and I like to have them a little gooey in the middle 🤤🤤🤤

Again, you can adjust it to fit your macros, but no matter what, it's still delicious!!!
When it comes to breakfast, you need a solid source or protein to get your body switched over to fat burning mode (anabolic) from it's fat storing mode(catabolic)it was in while you slept!
