1) Low bar squats 100kg for 3x5
2) Front squats 60kg for 2x5
3) Comp bench 55kg for 1x5
4) Backoffs 50kg for 4x5
5) Feet up 50kg for 2x5
Played with basically everything in the gym, so too much accessory work to list.
