Before class 💁‍♀️ ➡️➡️ after class 💦 These two don’t spin regularly. My husband comes when I make him LOL (usually 2x/month) and this was my MILs second class with me (took the beginner ride first). It makes me happy when people who don’t normally spin try it out. It’s such a great way to integrate cardio into your routine- it’s an effective workout and in my opinion the time goes by super fast (maybe my riders don’t agree?! 😂). I also appreciate the support my friends and family have given me since I started my fitness instructor career change 🙏 #mysawmillclub

I've been learning the hard way that self care IS YOUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY, it's impossible to give %100 if you are not healthy and well. And..... I'm not 20 anymore 😂😂😂.

He’s BACK 💥 👊🏻We know you guys loved the class Dmitri filmed with us from @epochfitness so on Friday I filmed another at his studio in London 😃 We hope to be seeing a lot more of him too with his amazing athletic flows! If you’ve not done his class yet, be sure to check out the first class we filmed with him a while back, which is live on the website. This guy has such sound knowledge on the principles of pilates and he knows his anatomy inside out! So, if you need to pick up some tips and very useful cues then I can’t recommend him enough 🤩

What are the benefits of good flexibility? .

For me, well, I am still on my mission to learn how to do the splits. I am not going to lie, I am no where near close to doing the splits but I will one day be able to do the #splits... one day (anyone have tips for me)  But I am loving the idea of sharing with you my progress here  #splitwithivana. .

Other than that, flexibility is important for me because it increases my range of movement, it helps prevent back pain (well so I have been told and my back is always sore from carrying the kids around) and to prevent injury. .

BODY 💪WORKOUT AND BRAIN🧠 WORKOUT - part 1! 
Although in Pilates we focus on strengthening our body there are many exercises that also strengthen our brain! Here is a cross-lateral workout combined with figure 8 / infinity sign drawing for a right-left body integration to get you a fitted body and a healthy brain along with it! How can you not try this?? So what do we have here? ✔core workout ✔ coordination
✔ balance ✔ cross lateral body integration ✔ range of motion ✔ brain development ➡️Do 6-8-10 repetition on each side, depending on your fitness level. ➡️Work slowly (video shown in high speed).
