1 .fluffy scrambled eggs (there’s a tutorial for these in my story highlights) • fresh sourdough, toasted and topped with smashed avocado + feta cheese • grilled halloumi cheese • sautéed spinach w/ garlic ghee cremini mushrooms + parmesan • cherry tomatoes.
2 .two crispy garlic ghee fried eggs •• bread, toasted and topped with smashed avocado •• sautéed spinach w/ lemon, garlic, olive oil, parmesan, and cremini mushrooms.
3.Fluffy blueberry cashew butter pancakes 🥞👉🏻 1/4 cup coconut flour • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder • 2 tablespoons cashew butter (can sub peanut or almond) • 1 egg, beaten • 2 egg whites, beaten (for the fluffiest pancakes, best until stiff peaks form) • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed • 1/4 cup milk of choice • handful of blueberries • 1) in a small bowl, combine dry ingredients; in a large bowl, combine wet ingredients. 2) add dry ingredients to wet, and stir until well combined. 3). Fold in blueberries, and cook up your cakes!
