When I plan my weekly food prep it has to be practical. I look at what I will be eating for the week ahead and plan around that. I am a creature of habit so it’s Smoothies for breakfast this week, colourful bowls for lunch and my main meals are sorted. Snacks need to be readily available for me! + @JSHealth Peanut Butter Protein Balls (My Pm Snack) + @JSHealth Chocolate Bark (After dinner treat if I want) + Bananas to freeze (Smoothies)
+ Carrot Sticks (Am Snack) + Fresh Greens (Perfect For Lunch)
+ Bakes Sweet Potato (Perfect for Lunch) .

All sorted for a Healthy & Happy week 🌈🌈 .

Monday Motivation 
Live the life you want , with the support of your people . This photo means so much, my mother is my biggest motivation. 
When others said to leave accountancy, sell my house and move abroad and embark on a new career  was crazy , my mum just took my hand and said - it would be crazy not to ! It would be crazy wasting hours a week doing something that you feel no affiliation or passion towards. If it doesn’t workout at least you’ll never be haunted by the “what if” she went on to say she had so many regrets in life from letting fear and the opinion of others mould her journey . She didn’t want the same for me .

So for me , my motivation is to stay true to what I want from life , stay my course and get to the end with no or minimal regrets .

3 hafta önce YouTubeda bir motivasyon videosuna denk geldim
İzledim ve beni baya baya gaza getirdi 🐥
..... “ Tam da zamanı “
12 senedir sigara içen ben,, ki 8 senesi günde 2-2,5 paket sigara içiyordum.. sigarayı bıraktım 👻👻👻 İlk zamanlar beni bayağı zorladı ama basardım!
Şimdi sıra aldığım kiloları vermekte..
Işık hızıyla diyete ardından spora başlıyorum!
Diger hedeflerimi paylaşmayacağım,, zaten uzun vadeli hedefler yavaş yavaş gelişecek 😏
Neyse artık burdayım yeniden ve uzunca bir süre beraber olacağız gibi hissediyorum 😇😁 ‘

EASY LUNCHES 😊👍🏻 I didn’t realise when I went to post this that all my recent posts have been about food 🤣 but as soon as I got home from work today I made my weeks lunches in 21mins 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I will be eating the same thing each day but I DO NOT MIND with this meal! 💪🏻 each Keto Spag Bol is 469 cals, 8g net carbs, 22g fat and 55g protein ➡️swipe for macros➡️ Normally the fat would be higher but I ran out of cheese 😭🧀 also trying to edit my latest vlog and upload to explain why I’m stopping this “challenge” which is why I’ve been a bit quiet on here. Nothing bad, it’s just been too much 🖤

EASY LUNCHES 😊👍🏻 I didn’t realise when I went to post this that all my recent posts have been about food 🤣 but as soon as I got home from work today I made my weeks lunches in 21mins 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I will be eating the same thing each day but I DO NOT MIND with this meal! 💪🏻 each Keto Spag Bol is 469 cals, 8g net carbs, 22g fat and 55g protein ➡️swipe for macros➡️ Normally the fat would be higher but I ran out of cheese 😭🧀 also trying to edit my latest vlog and upload to explain why I’m stopping this “challenge” which is why I’ve been a bit quiet on here. Nothing bad, it’s just been too much 🖤

Having a sweet tooth I never want to feel that I can’t have my dessert or snack when I feel like it. There’s nothing worse then fighting your own mental battle telling yourself your “not allowed” that food , then when your inner critic finally wins and you end up eating the whole block of chocolate or tub of ice cream which then leaves you feeling shit because you were supposed to be “dieting”

Et oui je suis peu présente en ce moment.
Entre les vacances, le changement de travail, les aléas du quotidien (Titine qui lâche), le sport et ma nouvelle lubie alimentaire, je ne prends pas le temps de poster.
Je parle de lubie mais c’est loin d’en être une. Depuis quelques temps je mange à index glycémique bas et je constate déjà la différence en termes de tonus, fatigue et silhouette...
Moi qui prône le 💯 % bien dans mes baskets 👟 j’ai décidé d’essayer de perdre du poids.
Pas pour pavaner en bikini sur la plage mais pour continuer à faire du sport. 
Si je veux continuer à sauter comme un cabri et faire de l’attack à 50 ans je dois préserver mes genoux et donc m’alléger... Tandis que certains font du sport pour perdre du poids moi je veux perdre du poids pour continuer à faire du sport toute ma vie 😊
