Consumir glucosa pura (también denominada dextrosa) después del entrenamiento signica que el cuerpo NO TIENE QUE DIGERIR el carbohidrato; la glucosa consumida post entreno tiene la habilidad de ser absorbida directamente por el torrente sanguíneo casi tan pronto como se ingiere, lo que resulta en la forma más rápida y completa de reponer el glucógeno intramuscular.

This sport has taught me not to give up even when the weight on back is unbearable..in the squat as well as in everyday life.

1️⃣ Close-grip Bench Press: 4 sets of 9-11 reps
2️⃣ Barbell Curl: 4 sets of 9-11 reps
Superset 2:
3️⃣ Machine Tricep Press: 3 sets of 9-11 reps
4️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Curl: 3 sets of 9-11 reps
Superset 3:
5️⃣ Dumbbell Overhead Extension: 3 sets of 9-11 reps
6️⃣ Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 9-11 reps

Exercise replacement: there are some gyms that don't have the triceps press machine that I used in exercise 3, so you can do bench dips.
•
Put your feet on one bench and your hands on another bench right behind you and then perform dips. If you need to add more weight then ask someone to help you by putting a barbell plate on your lap as you get into position.
