Mientras más variedad de alimento incluyamos, mejor y más completo será el aporte de nutrientes. En este caso va huevo, pechuga de pavo, kale, cebolla, lentejas con verduras y aguacate.
La cantidad adecuada depende de cada quién, habrá para quienes es mejor una mayor proporción de proteína y menor cantidad carbohidratos o vicerversa, para eso consultar a un especialista que personalice la indicación es lo más recomendable.

No es que sea malo comer este tipo de cereales, pero si nuestro desayuno se basa sólo en esto estaremos metiendo mucha azúcar, esto elevará el pico de insulina y hará que se guarde gran parte de la energía que hemos introducido en el desayuno, por tanto al poco tiempo tendremos de nuevo hambre🕢👨‍🏫

las barritas "solo algunas" dependiendo de su composicion no deberian de consumirse , ya que aportan muchas calorias- azucar a tu cuerpo y si tu meta es bajar de peso, hara el efecto contrario; pero no todas son malas , hay algunas te aportan energia e incluso te sirven para disminuir la ansiedad y evites comer alimentos de mayor cantidad de calorias 🔍👀

los jugos de cajita y yogurts endulzados no son recomendados porque poseen una gran cantidad de azucar y edulcorantes que son malas para nuestra salud🥤😦
