I've been craving pizza for a while now, and when I crave food I find a way to satisfy it.

I wanted a real pizza experience but also wanted to be able to track it. So I made my own.

But, I'm not trying to fool anyone. This pizza is a genuine Hawaiian pizza! The carbs are heavy, the fat a bit high, but totally manageable in a deficit.

I ate the entire hawaiin half and boy did I satisfy my craving.

Satisfying a craving is a preventive measure. It prevents us from bingeing in the future.

For example, let's imagine I didn't satisfy my craving. Fast forward one month and my craving has grown stronger and stronger. I go into work one day and bam, someone brought pizza for the team. I get excited and binge on a box of pizza. Wake up the next morning and feel like sh*t about myself.

I would much rather be strategic around my cravings and lean into them. Don't let your self boil over the pot. Once you feel that first bubble, create a plan to cool the water. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Today at the end of a brutal chest workout I decided to do 10 sets of strict pull-ups to failure.  I am really working hard on trying to get both sides of my back to work evenly now because for the longest period of time my movement pattern was way off and now my muscles fire improperly.  I’m going to spend the next six months trying to retrain my muscles to move properly.

Today at the end of a brutal chest workout I decided to do 10 sets of strict pull-ups to failure. I am really working hard on trying to get both sides of my back to work evenly now because for the longest period of time my movement pattern was way off and now my muscles fire improperly. I’m going to spend the next six months trying to retrain my muscles to move properly.

💪🏾Yesterday’s 2nd half of my Back workout, full extension for each exercise.....I like being able to do these without sitting at a traditional lat pull down machine bc I don’t always get the best range of motion due to having long arms....the best part is engaging my core so that the weight doesn’t lift me off the ground, whereas the traditional machine has something that keeps you locked in. If you get a chance, try these during your next back workout, TAG ME IN IT 💪🏾 be sure to extend those arms fully & get a nice squeeze hold with as many reps as you can....remember it doesn’t have to be a super heavy weight in order to get results, proper form wins every time 💪🏾💯➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
