Some successories from this morning that I didn't get to last night. As I mentioned before, obliques have been a focus for me.
Using sling system exercises like these two is one of the strategies I am using.
Today was a sling system superset between the lateral sling and the posterior oblique sling.
Offset step ups (lateral sling) x 10 ea
RFE SLRDL (Posterior Oblique) x 15 ea
