Lifting doesn’t need to be overly complicated...I actually prefer simple. 
However there comes a time in everyone’s workout when exercises and your routine get a little stale and results suffer. 
Sometimes something as simple as making a seated lift a standing one can get you over the hump. 
In addition to forcing your core to stabilize your position, you also get a good static 🔥🔥 from the partial athletic squatting position during this standing row. 
If you haven’t done these give them a try!

Had a good leg workout today. I'm trying to work on developing more power up out of the bottom of my squat. Did some box squats and glute work for developing better hip extension and leg drive. 
1. Barbell Front/Box Squat (🎥1) - 2x8, 2x6
2. Barbell Hip Thrust (🎥2) - 3x10
3. Sumo Deadlift (🎥3) - 3x10
4. DB Romanian Deadlift - 3x10
5. Crunches (emphasis on good contraction of the abdominal muscles) - 3x20
6. Barbell Calf Raise (emphasis on explosive up and holding for a couple seconds at the top to really connect to the calf muscle) - 3x12

If you have fitness goals and your training and nutrition have been consistent. Remember to reward yourself once in awhile and I personally do it once a week!💪 Having a cheat day helps you mentally and gives you a break from having to watch what you eat all the time. .
Now, I’m not saying you should have too much junk food in one day and go overboard.  You should have one ☝️ good quality cheat meal for that day that you would enjoy.
