Whenever you have set backs the key thing is to re-set, change the plan if you need to and keep going and remember you’re allowed to change your mind and decide on another direction too, the main thing is to keep on going!
Finding the motivation to keep going can sometimes be the biggest barrier. If you really want something be it a personal, fitness or business goal the excitement and passion can drive you. However, there are times when you may feel like you’re losing that passion and that’s when your mindset and ability to keep going is what will make the difference
Hold onto the vision that you have of your goal and let that be your motivation to keep going. See your scars as strengths and learn from your experiences. Whilst you maybe going through a rough patch things will get better!
