El cambio de rutina siempre da un poco duro y después de una semana donde has hecho poco ejercicio pero es importante hacer estos cambios pues hacemos un cambio de adaptaciones, es una forma de sorprender al músculo y generamos nuevos procesos en todo el cuerpo. Por ejemplo pase de hace un día de pecho bíceps y abdomen a un día de Bíceps, espalda y trapecio. Buen cambio y me gusta lo que genera en mi pues siento mucho más el esfuerzo y la ruptura de la adaptación por la rutina que venía realizando.

Dreaming does help one continue with greatness when things start to hurt. “I.E. Gains are happening.” I was lucky to be able to listen to @impacttheory this morning to keep me engaged and focused when I was starting to hurt. Past few days I just kept thinking about 18 months from now when I will be really rocking my runs. 😎

The first half of this run I didn’t feel that it was all too hard. While I know that if I started out faster by .1 I would be paying for it at the 15-20 minute mark, since Treadmills are not about picking the pace up gradually. So I decided to go quicker at the end earlier. 
1.5 Incline. 7:53 mile pace is a 7.6 starting. At 23 minutes in picked up the pace by .1, dropping to 7:47. At 29 minutes picked up by .1 again. 7:41. Around 30 minutes started my sprint.

Ce voyage en train sera plein de joies, de peines, d’attentes, de bonjours, d’aurevoirs et d’adieux. 
Le succès est d’avoir de bonnes relations avec tous les passagers pourvu qu’on donne le meilleur de nous-mêmes. 
On ne sait pas à quelle station nous descendrons, donc vivons heureux, aimons et pardonnons. 
Il est important de le faire car lorsque nous descendrons du train, nous ne devrons laisser que de beaux souvenirs à ceux qui continueront leur voyage.

First session back home done, was great👌🏻👌🏻 Did a lighter one to start

Back home after 5 weeks. Bosnia, Croatia, Bavaria/austria...Was a great trip! Man, feel like it's a year ago that I left home to head off to bosnia😅. Like I said, it was great in terms of all the things I did. Yes, my daily routine/productivity suffered in croatia and bavaria which I regret a bit but hey, it starts again now. Therefor, I got to see so many great places, it was amazing!🙏🏻 (Wanna see them? 👉🏻 Story highlight: Travel). In terms of training, it was mainly bodyweight in bosnia and croatia and it worked good as well👌🏻. But I'm damn happy to start with my weight training again now!🏋🏻 I took the 10 days in bavaria off as my "deload" after a brutal 7.5 week mesocycle. Feeling fresh and ready now. Gonna hit a full body session after I write this post to initiate the new macrocycle⚔. First mesocycle will be focussed on gaining back my strength from before this trip. I expect a strength loss from ~15% due to not executing certain movements such as barbell rows, deadlifts, floor press etc. because I replaced them with bw excersises for the time I had no weights/gym available. So, gonna start today at ~85% of my "pre trip loads" and work my way back up. HYPED TO TRAIN🔥
Like I said at the beginning of the vacation, I ate what I wanted and didn't stress about it. And what can I say? It worked good✅ Yeah, I ate a bit too much the last days of vacation😁🐷 but it did nothing really since I still was very active even tho' I didn't train. Throughout the whole 5 weeks, I aimed to get in my protein and micros daily. The rest of my eating was just what I wanted, but in helathy amounts (Kept the calories the foods have + the calories I ate in mind so that I always knew how many calories I ate approximately). It worked good! Yeah, I probably gained a few Kg (Didn't weigh myself) but since I'll start a serious bulk from now on anyways it ain't that bad/is maybe even helpful. Getting back to my regular eating habits now.
