Two x HIIT to set you up for the weekend, what a wonderful morning team, killing it!!

Quem aqui já se matriculou em uma academia de musculação com intuito de emagrecer, se dedicou durante um, dois, três meses aos treinos e alimentação, sentiu-se mais magro(a) no espelho, nas fotos, nas roupas, reduziu medidas, mas quando subiu na balança estava com o mesmo peso que iniciou o primeiro dia de treino? Creio que muita gente irá se identificar com o que acabei de falar... Mas por que isso acontece? 🤔

Em sua maioria, o que acontece é uma troca da composição corporal, perde-se gordura e  ganha massa muscular, mas a balança não consegue mostrar isso.

Quando nos pesamos, a balança verifica nosso peso absoluto, ou seja, ela pesa tudo aquilo que está em nosso corpo naquele momento (músculo, osso, gordura, resíduos, líquido...) e não apenas nosso peso gordo.

Então quer dizer que o músculo pesa mais que a gordura, já que mantemos o peso e reduzimos as medidas? Errado! 1 kg será sempre 1kg, tanto faz se for de gordura ou massa muscular. O que acontece é que o músculo é mais compacto que a gordura (arraste a imagem para o lado 👉), ou seja, consegue ocupar menos espaço.

A balança é mais um parâmetro avaliativo que pode ser utilizado, mas não é referência direta para medir emagrecimento. Existem diversas outras formas de avaliar a gordura corporal (dobras cutâneas, bioimpedância, DEXA...) e saber se realmente está emagrecendo, perdendo massa muscular ou apenas perdendo líquido.

Então agora que você já sabe que perder peso está relacionado com o peso absoluto do seu corpo e emagrecer está relacionado diretamente a sua gordura corporal, foque em reduzir seu percentual de gordura e não em perder peso na balança.

Es una muy buena opción para fortalecer hombro, bíceps, tríceps, pecho, espalda: alta, media y baja.

To safely and successfully lengthen the chest, retract the shoulder blades while lowering the weight. In addition to doing so, squeeze (contract) the back and rear shoulders into the bench. Not only does this allow for full lengthening of the chest correctly but it also ensures to keep the shoulders healthy and pain free.

A common action I have seen people perform while training the supine press movement is rotation, not retraction at the shoulder. This does not lengthen the chest. All this does is place unwanted tension and tear on the shoulder. This does nothing for the pectorals, and severely puts the health of the shoulders in jeopardy.

MY FIRST EVER OVER 100KG SQUAT! 107kg squat (235lbs) I know it's not a lot, but I have been troubled with knee issues for years and this has been a goal I've been working towards for a long time!
