Carrying a slight shoulder niggle so this AMs session consited of a couple leg heavy AMRAPs and some max plyometrics box jumps which ended the with the box on its face, X2 20kg, X1 25kg and X2 10KG. After two AMRAPs my legs were shot but happy with that. @will_howlett I know you can jump well, let's have a challenge, biggest jump every month wins, loser buys the other a can of NOCCO. do you accept? 👀👀

Despues de una subida de casi 2km de ida, bastante a tope, dentro de las posibilidades que el terreno te permite. Encontrando tramos con escaleras de diferentes alturas, y un tramo final en el que encuentras un camino de rocas bastante difíciles, con una altitud ganada de 600 metros.

Se nos ocurre la brillante idea de hacernos un wod de 100 fondos, (10 series de 10, cada una de ellas de una manera diferente). Entrenamiento con @eric_silva86
