Having true confidence is a rare quality. 💯
Lack of self-belief, trust, and faith in yourself is a big reason why most people quit on their fitness journeys. 😟💢
The norm nowadays is to toss in your AirPods, block out the world, and start working out.
I mean that’s what everyone else is doing, right? 👊
Yet, truly believing in yourself and trusting that you CAN do something is a gift. 🤜
I’m not talking about some hocus pocus self-help advice.

When I first sat down to meditate a few years ago, I thought meditation was a ridiculously stupid thing to do. 🧘♂️
Why the heck was I going to sit down and do NOTHING??! 🤷♂️
Being an overly active guy, the notion of sitting down, slightly closing my eyes, and focusing on my breath, seemed absolutely crazy. 👊
Yet after my first go at it, at 5 am, when all I did was focus on counting to 30 seconds, I began to feel like part of myself was reconnecting. 🙌
The more I practiced, the more I realized that I could begin to see all the bullshit that my mind had been making up. 💆♂️
My doubts, my fears, my anxiety. 👊
𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩.
Seeing these beliefs over and over again helped me realize that it was all made up. 🤛
Literally, I was making up those beliefs.
And I could rewrite new beliefs instead.

Take the time to listen to yourself and look at what YOU are creating.
Trust yourself and recognize that you are always more than enough. Agree or agree? 👊
