▫️Tricep Overhead Extension - 15reps
▫️Squat x Front Raise x Squat x Bicep Curl - 24reps
▫️Kneeling Bent Over Row - 15reps per Arm
* one squat with a raise = rep 1, squat with curl = rep 2, & so on..
* video sped up, take it slow!
* MUST squeeze your muscle when lifting.
