Excelente ejercicio para tus brazos, específicamente el tríceps. También ayuda a fortalecer los músculos que te hacen tener buena postura. Por su cierre escapular es un buen ejercicio para trapecios y los antebrazos reciben su dosis de fuerza. 
Así que si te animas y puedes inténtalo. Ahhh por favor, se prudente y hazlo según tu condición física. Si deseas hacerlo más suave solo levanta la barra. Mientras más abajo hay mayor tensión.

Nogi na palniku i lekki update odnośnie kolana, wstępnie diagnoza to kolano skoczka, zdiagnozowane przez dobrego ortopedę ale póki co jedynie palpacyjnie, niebawem będzie widzial rezonans to będę wiedział więcej:). W czwartek fizjoterapeutka to też będę miał jaśniejszy obraz. Póki co czekam na dostawę BPC, smaruję maściami przeciwzaplnymi, robię krioterapię miejscową + okłady z mrożonek :D. I muszę przyznać, że jest lepiej :). Troche musiałem zmienić plan treningowy pod nogi ale jestem w stanie je dalej mocno zajechać więc póki co tempa  nie zwlaniam a to najważniejsze! ➡️nowy materiał z patentem na kleik już na kanale, link do kanału w BIO⬅️

🔷 People often forget that massive gains require a LONG TERM training commitment. You can't get huge without training for 10-years+. Unfortunately, by the time you've been training hard for over 10-years, your joints have taken a beating and you're likely having to skip many of the big, compound lifts. Therefore, with longevity in mind, always make sure you're training BOTH sides of every joint, and that you're doing AT LEAST as much pulling for the shoulders as you do pushing. If you do 20,000-lbs of volume on a chest and shoulders workout, you better be doing at least that on your back days.

A couple important things you should understand about exercise 🏋️‍♀️:⁣⁣

1️⃣ Exercise causes your muscles to get damaged.  This damage induces protein synthesis in the muscle. This is how your muscle repairs itself and grows larger cells and more muscle cells.  𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐈𝐍 is the critical material needed for this process.
⁣⁣
2️⃣ 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐒 are the primary fuel your muscle use during exercise.  This fuel is stored in the muscle cells for immediate use by the muscles and gets⁣⁣
Expended with exercise.  The 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 thing your muscle cell starts looking for after exercise is to get carbs to refuel its gas tanks.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So there is a window of opportunity right after you work out where your muscle cells are asking for Protein + Carbs.⁣⁣

So you drink a post workout shake with both right?⁣⁣
