Day 10 of Plank Challenge is the Forearm Hip Dips 45 secs. x 3 Rounds 
I opted for a little upper body challenge and held a tricep push-up hold during the hip dips. I taught spin this morning and maxed out my legs, so I definitely needed some upper body balance.
