REVIEW: Breyer’s Natural Strawberry Ice Cream
This was a bit chalky/clunky to scoop, and also slid around on my cone when I was trying to eat it. Once it's in your mouth, it does have some melting power and creaminess. The texture isn't ideal for ice cream, but that's to be expected from any lighter pint.
The taste hits the mark of natural tasting and sweetened strawberries, but also retains a pleasant milky flavor. Not much else to say, but it's basically what most people probably want strawberry ice cream to taste like.
Bought this was on sale for $1.99 and it hit the mark for a cheaper, lighter strawberry ice cream. I'd recommend it for the wallet and/or calorie conscious, or as a solid poorman's alternative to Strawberry Haagen-Dazs.
