📌Whey is the first and foremost product that anyone should look for if the want to invest on themselves or their body. This product is playing the role of secondary protein source for beginners and also for the champions of this game.
🔴No doubt, the protein from daily diet is of far more importance and I don't ask anyone to hop on to a powder product, but there is no matching of the absorption rate of whey to any dietary protein source. Thus, making it the best source of protein after workout.
☑️While there are thousands of supplements brand out in the market, the bio-availability and the components of the product differs. The amino profile need to be checked before purchasing any supplements along with the other two mentioned above.

▪️3. ISO Sensation by Ultimate Nutrition (This is an underrated product due to the fraud of fake products involved in the market, but this product can give you the highest bio-availability per scoop and it tastes awesome).
▪️Some popular brands like @asitisnutrition @muscleblaze @myproteinin @bigmuscles_nutrition are also great as I came to know from my friends and clients as I have not tried these products. Although, I will obviously try these out and soon bring to you detailed review of these products.
