@rujuta.diwekar says 'Bengalis eat lots of coconut, which is why their skin is flawless. So, have daab water, eat tender coconut, eat coconut when it is ripe, and surely eat it in its dry form (desiccated) in laddoos and barfis. Coconut is antibacterial and antiviral, especially good for kids who keep falling ill with every change of season. Garnish your vegetables with coconut, make chutneys out of coconut, make laddoos'

Mid-way weight loss motivation @kapooria.neha has been working on the diet chart and workout plan made by me since the last 1.5 months, she hasn't just lost weight and inches off her body but has also learned a way to healthy eating and understanding what her body needs the most. She logs her meals, takes account of her macros and targets to reach her optimal goal.
I'm proud of you girl! You have a long way to go. Keep it up! 😊
Legs are the most neglected part when it comes to workout, yes legs do pain but its no excuse to miss a leg day.
Even at the beginning I used to miss my leg workouts a lot but it is not something to be missed completely.

One diet trend we all follow religiously is diets that make us eat less or almost nothing. We follow it for a week or a month and once its over we hog like crazy.
Diet we should follow - Diet that consists of food items that are eaten in the are you live in. We Indians rely on Carbs, low carb diet is beneficial but only for sometime. Instead of eating less why don't you eat properly and take into consideration the macros
Tip of the day - Take atleast half a tablespoon of flaxseed daily.
You can either grind it into powder form and add it in the dough you use or roast it and add some black rock salt to relish its flavour
