An attempt at a heavy bench from last week. I was able to get 275x2, but it was a major struggle. I have lost a good amount of strength over the course of the cut, but it’s all part of the process. Back attack!!! Today I focused more on vertical movements with just a few couple of horizontal movements included!

1. Pull-ups: 3 sets til failure 
2. Chin ups: 3 sets til failure 
3. Reverse grip pull-ups: 3 sets til failure 
4. Neutral grip pull-ups: 3 sets til failure 
5. Leverage lat pull downs: 3 sets 14-16 reps 
6. Lat pull downs: 3 sets 10-12 reps 
7. Pro style bar seated rows: 3 sets 14-16 reps 
8. Single arm low rows: 3 sets 15 reps each arm 
Note for today...... EMBRACE YOUR IMPERFECTIONS.... especially when it comes to the human body. There is no such thing as the perfect body. I know for me, I still have trouble areas. My lower back and my lower chest still carry some fat, but it’s ALL GOOD! In time, with hard work it’s going to look how it’s suppose to. Even if it doesn’t go away, I will love what I have. So remember......always love yourself 😊

before adding bands to a strength program I like to add it to hypertrophy movements. that way it's easier for the body to understand the way the load moves differently.

EXERCISE 1💥: Hammer Grip Pull ups— 4 sets + 8-12 reps

EXERCISE 2💥: T-bar rows—4 sets + 8-12 reps, last set dropset 10 reps

EXERCISE 3💥: Cable rows— 3 sets + 12-15 reps

EXERCISE 4A💥: Lat pulldowns —3 sets + 12-15 reps

i’m still in a lot of pain from getting my wisdom teeth out, but i had a lot of energy today so i went out for a little. 😅 we went to a store and did a little training while my mom looked around. he did good, but he was a little distracted, so my cousin and i are going to go work on that later! then we went to therapy and we got lots of compliments on how cute he was 💖 and his snazzy bandana! 😂

No matter how crappy your day was, don’t let it ruin your week and don’t let it stop you from hitting your goals!

Driving on 95 today debris hit my car (unavoidable based on traffic and where I was sitting) the whole bottom of my car got super jacked up. Called my mom (because who else do you call in a crisis 🙋🏽‍♀️) and was terrified not only of the damage but that driving from where I was all the way home was not going to be safe

Long story short—whatever hit my car put a whole in my gas tank and tore up the undercarriage of my car (definitely had to happen on a Monday right?)
.
.
Welp here I am to say okay not my best moment, definitely not my worst, probably not my last, but it’s okay because shit happens 🤷🏽‍♀️

Will this set me back this week? NOPE, because ain’t nobody got time for that 😂
