Try these variations for them joocy pectorals.
✅60-90 sec rest
DB INCLINE PRESS - Partial to Full reps
Bring the weight all the way down, press 1/2 way up then bring it all the way down (get that full stretch) then go into a full rep (this is 1 rep). The key here is really feel that stretch on your pecs and staying tight the entire movement keeping shoulder blades retracted and SQUEEZE at the top. Partial reps are good to implement to put more stress on the muscle and force growth.
INCLINE PRESS - SMITH MACHINE
Stay tight the entire movement by keep your shoulder blades retracted. Really focus on the eccentric ( on the way down) portion of the movement to ensure you get that tension on them lower pecs. Then really SQUEEZE at the top of the movement.
Close grip dips chest focused
Key for this exercise is to keep your chest up and shoulder blades retracted. Go all the way down until you get that full stretch in your pectorals. You will feel this in your triceps too, but that is normal. Really try and getting that mind muscle connection going.
