Fideos asiáticos con verduras y soja texturizada

Hoy toca coger los palillos con este rico platillo. Es una receta para novatos en la cocina ya que lo más complicado que tiene es saltear las verduras 😵😂
🌸En primer lugar ponemos la soja texturizada en remojo y la dejamos que se vaya hidratando. Cortamos las verduras en juliana (a tiras) para que luego nos sea más fácil coger con los palillos. Yo esta vez le he puesto zanahoria, cebolla, pimiento verde y col. Salteamos durante 5-7 min y añadimos tres cucharadas de salsa de soja y una cucharita de aceite de sésamo (opcional). Añadir la soja texturizada colada. Salteamos hasta que la verdura esté al dente. 💮Seguimos las instrucciones de los fideos que tengáis, hay tantas maneras que no tiene sentido que explique como se hacen. Cuando los fideos están cocidos añadirlos a la sartén donde están las verduras. Añadir una cucharada más de salsa de soja y dar dos menos para que se mezcle todo. Dejar 2 minutos dándole vueltas seguido.
Servir y disfrutar.

Hoy toca coger los palillos con este rico platillo. Es una receta para novatos en la cocina ya que lo más complicado que tiene es saltear las verduras 😵😂

Here is the recipe for the sauce, now depending on your 🔥 levels.
Would recommend you add your own measure on the chilli powder 🥵  INGREDIENTS:
1 Medium Red Onion
2 Medium Carrots
1 Banana 
1 tbsp of Curry Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chili Powder
500ml Vegetable Stock
1 tbsp of Tomato Purée
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp of White Miso Paste
1 tbsp Coconut Oil  METHOD:
1. Add the oil to a pot and place on a medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, banana, chili, garam masala and miso paste to the pot and allow to cook down for 4-5 mins.
3. Add the vegetable stock and puree and place the pan on a low heat. Allow to cook for 15 mins.

While this might look like just another mouth-watering healthy breakfast plate, there is a lot more more significance behind the success of this plate. 
My biggest struggle has always been portion control, not cutting out unhealthy foods. I always eyed thinner people as they helped themselves at a buffet or restaurant. Inevitably even if their choice was less nutritiously sound, their portion size was always miniscule compared to my heap of salad, grilled chicken, brown rice etc. 
So my weight loss journey is as much about quantity as about quality. It is a battle I contend with on a daily basis. 
This plate is an achievement in so far as it was a purposeful effort to underserve my natural inclination. 
With each seemingly small helping of an ingredient i challenged myself to believe in the process and by the end of the plate I could see how this should suffice (that will be the challenge for another post). But at least i accomplished step one in style.

I kind of love a chaotic messy kitchen - it's a sign of yummy things to come. This mess is from last week when I made @jj__mc cauliflower steaks (pg. 191 in Six Seasons) - a favorite cookbook of mine that @we_cook_books is currently featuring. I swapped out some ingredients so ended up with breadcrumbs, fontinella, capers, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini peppers, lemon zest and parsley on toasted cauli steaks. It was a hit! 🤘

Hejka hej, co tam u was? Szkoła niestety zbliża się wielkimi krokami, ale no cóż korzystajmy jeszcze z tych kilkunastu dni wolności😶
Dzisiaj przychodzę do was z jedzonkiem, które jest idealne zarówno na śniadanie, drugie śniadanie, kolację, przekąskę, a nawet obiad. Są to placuszki owsiane (z przepisu @/przepis_na_sukces, jednak w moim wydaniu troszeczkę zmodyfikowane). Przepyszne, bardzo proste, szybkie do zrobienia i bez miliona składników. Ktoś chętny?🤗

Placuszki owsiano-budyniowe:
• 40g płatków owsianych [4 łyżki]
• 1 jajko
• 1 łyżeczka proszku z budyniu
Wszystkie składniki razem ze sobą blendujemy i nakładamy na patelnie. Jeżeli boicie się, że wam się przypalą możecie dać troszkę oleju/masła/oleju kokosowego itp.
Dekorujemy według uznania. Super sprawdzą się przede wszystkim owoce, płatki migdałów, dżem czy masło orzechowe.
Jeżeli chcecie by były troszeczkę słodsze to śmiało możecie dodać słodzik, jedną łyżkę miodu itp. Smacznego!🧡
