Why am I so passionate about fitness training for young athletes. I threw my arm out pitching in 8th grade. Never had the opportunity to play in HS.
The coaches overused me at too early of an age. 
Therefore, I take a tremendous amount of pride in training all of my athletes properly, safely, effectively. I make sure they get results and learn how to execute movements properly.
I started both of my boys training around age 5. I don’t believe in over training. 
I prefer body weight exercises, bands, and light med balls, especially at younger ages.
I combine exercises that compliment their physical needs and demands placed on their body in game situations.

I’m not known for being flexible...quite the opposite. As a result, I have to spend anywhere from 15-30 minutes warming up. Here are some staple priming moves for me. 1) an assisted deep squat 2) the warriors stretch 3) scorpions. Followed by a barbell complex.

Happy Thursday guys! Today I have a solid stretch and warmup routine for your leg days! Also to touch on the importance of both of these!

🔸Stretching 🔸
