Physical - Do you do push ups?

I’m feeling like it’s a “say it with ya chest” kind of week! So I’ll be bringing you all a few push ups exercises and routines this week.
.

I put this routine together today. Narrow push ups to bosu push ups to wide push ups and back. For video length I did 5 each exercise.
.
.
I like the narrow push up to place a little more emphasis on my triceps.
.
.
I used the bosu ball to bring in core strengthening. Adding a new element to this routine.
.
.
I performed wide push ups to place more emphasis on my chest. Be careful, the wider you do the more stress you’ll place on your shoulders.

Structure ➡️ Routine ➡️ Habits 
3 things I need to stay on track.

Can I be honest? I am so much more successful when I have a program to follow that provides structure and a plan. 
If the plan tells me to do a certain workout on a particular day, I got it, no problems. If I miss a workout, I will make it up to stay on the structured plan that is laid out for me. I make it a routine.

If I don’t have that structure, I slack off hardcore. I haven’t worked out in a week! I’m super pumped for the new program I’m starting soon but since it hasn’t started yet I’ve been making my daily workouts less of a priority.

This is the very reason I know this new program will be such a game changer.... This program is 100 workouts! I am committing to 💯! 100 workouts may seem like a huge challenge but I know it is exactly what I need. 
The plan provides the STRUCTURE I need.

When I follow the plan and incorporate it into my life it will become ROUTINE.

And when I keep up with the routine, I will develop the HABITS that will allow me to keep going.

INLOCATES FOR SHOULDER HEALTH 
In my years of training I haven't found an exercise that gives me more bang for  buck, shoulder health, mobility and strength than the shoulder Inlocate. Not only will it put your shoulder joint through its full range of motion to aid in gaining and maintaining mobility, but it will also help strengthen it along the way in all of those small areas and corners you may not otherwise be addressing. I'm no shoulder expert but I do practice and research frequently on areas that I need to address.
Neck/Elbows/Shoulders/Hands/ also welcome to the party my Ankle..👎
Learn about your injuries & your body, because ultimately you’re stuck with it. If you break this one, you don’t get another one.🤷‍♂️. A lot of people have strength and mobility in specific ranges of motion, most commonly from in front of the body to overhead – pushups, handstands, rows, pullups etc. But, where a high percentage of people lack is from behind the body to overhead – rear support, back lever, German hangs, full depth dips, muscle up transitions etc. This is exactly where this exercise fits in, specifically strengthening and mobilising that area. It's a cool move but they are dangerous to train with your own body weight if your level of flexibility/strength isn't there you risk tearing through your entire rotator cuff‼️..
Time, patience, consistency, and knowing your own body and its limits is critical to avoid injuring yourself. Like with most exercises if we don’t do them mindfully you run the risk of pay get injured 🤕.. INLOCATES FOR SHOULDER HEALTH
In my years of training I haven't found an exercise that gives me more bang for buck, shoulder health, mobility and strength than the shoulder Inlocate. Not only will it put your shoulder joint through its full range of motion to aid in gaining and maintaining mobility, but it will also help strengthen it along the way in all of those small areas and corners you may not otherwise be addressing. I'm no shoulder expert but I do practice and research frequently on areas that I need to address.

Learn about your injuries & your body, because ultimately you’re stuck with it. If you break this one, you don’t get another one.🤷‍♂️. A lot of people have strength and mobility in specific ranges of motion, most commonly from in front of the body to overhead – pushups, handstands, rows, pullups etc. But, where a high percentage of people lack is from behind the body to overhead – rear support, back lever, German hangs, full depth dips, muscle up transitions etc. This is exactly where this exercise fits in, specifically strengthening and mobilising that area. It's a cool move but they are dangerous to train with your own body weight if your level of flexibility/strength isn't there you risk tearing through your entire rotator cuff‼️..
Time, patience, consistency, and knowing your own body and its limits is critical to avoid injuring yourself. Like with most exercises if we don’t do them mindfully you run the risk of pay get injured 🤕..
